"Great data analytics tool"

What do you like best?

As a more 'old school' Sales Director it was difficult for me to work with a lot of data analysis software in order to formulate better sales strategies. Mo-Data generates reports for me so I can spend more time implementing strategies and less time formulating reports and charts.

What do you dislike?

Haven't come across any dislikes as yet.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Takes the time out of generating reports and gives you insights into how to truly improve your business metrics.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Taking less time out of putting together reports and more time getting data real time and making better decisions with it.

"Sales Metrics to Improve Sales Team Conversions"

What do you like best?

A deeper understanding of Sales Team metrics than what Salesforce can deliver. Key reports like sales velocity with real time data synchronisation.

What do you dislike?

Lacks some flexibility to generate my own reports as have to request changes from Mo Data - although they always respond in less than 24 hours

Recommendations to others considering the product

Would highly recommend to businesses who are looking to better utilise their data to increase their revenue.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Allows us to improve Sales Agent efficiency by analysing the data of top performers and utilising these metrics to improve other members of the team. Also enables us to better forecast revenue so we can make improved strategic decisions.

"Excellent sales intelligence tool"

What do you like best?

Excellent sales reporting tool to understand trends and patterns going on within your organization, such as forecasting, pipeline, target accounts, etc. Identifies many patterns and insights that you would often miss if just relying on Salesforce.com reporting. Goes deep by sales team, manager, rep, etc too

What do you dislike?

Its still a maturing solution so there are understandably a few reports that could be useful that are not baked in quite yet.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Maximizing revenue and growth and optimizing sales productivity. Providing actionable insights that you can act on to increase sales.

"A very good tool for Sales Analytics"

What do you like best?

They spend considerable amount of time understanding your needs and requirements and based on the information collected help you build reports,views & dashboards catering to specific requirements. I think that's something which is key to developing better analytics within an org.

What do you dislike?

They are growing and have potential to expand and include much more than offered at the moment.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Essentially history tracking & pipeline management at the moment.

"Truly Manageable Insights and Analytics. "

What do you like best?

The visualization of data is simple and easy to share. I can create company-wide reports in minutes.

What do you dislike?

There is SOOO much the platform can do, you need to very very deliberate in what your teams need to see and not over saturate them with info.

Forward modeling and sales insights.
