**What do you like best about eCounsel?**

Mitratech is an extremely user friendly program for those of us who are not computer savvy.  It is easy to learn and if/when you get stuck the program offers helpful pop-up guides to help you move on with your work. 

**What do you dislike about eCounsel?**

This system does not offer unlimited storage depending on what package you purchase.

**Recommendations to others considering eCounsel:**

Please offer more packages with unlimited storage. Especially when trying to appeal to a large law firm.

**What problems is eCounsel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the customization that can be done throughout the program. We can color code certain items which is helpful for a large firm to decipher which contracts/practice areas they are looking at.
