It is easy to learn and if/when you get stuck the program offers helpful pop-up guides to help you move on with your work. **What do you dislike about Mitratech eCounsel?** This system does not offer unlimited storage depending on what package you purchase. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech eCounsel:** Please offer more packages with unlimited storage. Especially when trying to appeal to a large law firm. **What problems is Mitratech eCounsel solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like the customization that can be done throughout the program.
