Job estimating time cut down by 80-90%, which completely automated the production of jobs. In a company that is ranked in the top 40 builders in the U.S. and expected to close over 1500 homes in 2017, it makes the construction process much more efficient. Since it is fully customized to our company, the learning process and training on the product in general took a lot longer than expected. We are still in the training process but are currently processing some jobs with it and working out some of the kinks with a Sapphire employee in-office assisting us daily with any needs we might have. Normally its took a day for us to process 2-3 jobs but with Sapphire we started to double our production and process over 5 jobs in a day. In order to achieve our goals in terms of growth by 2020, this will significantly help increase efficiency and allow us to focus on acquisitions and sales more than the construction phase.
