It gives you a complete snapshot of the sales that you've made to a particular customer. **What do you dislike about Mitek Management?** The database seems to be difficult to manage. We have over 20 years of data in our system which slows it down - a lot! **What problems is Mitek Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a central system used to manage quotes, orders and shipments. ### 2. In a company that is ranked in the top 40 builders in the U.S. and expected to close over 1500 homes in 2017, it makes the construction process much more efficient. **What do you dislike about Mitek Management?** It took a lot longer to learn than expected. Since it is fully customized to our company, the learning process and training on the product in general took a lot longer than expected. We are still in the training process but are currently processing some jobs with it and working out some of the kinks with a Sapphire employee in-office assisting us daily with any needs we might have. **Recommendations to others considering Mitek Management:** If you want to cut costs and improve production by at minimum 60%, I'd highly recommend it. **What problems is Mitek Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Normally its took a day for us to process 2-3 jobs but with Sapphire we started to double our production and process over 5 jobs in a day.
