The potential of this tool is insane. Scheduling calendar is powerful and easily toggles between different social media platforms. Editing posts was also very easy to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The bugs in the system can't be ignored. Reauthenticating tokens for platforms weekly, and the Curate library, while an awesome idea - did not net me any additional content. This tool is also best used for businesses or individuals that already have a lot of content banked that needs organization. Because of the automation involved in Missinglettr, we felt our newer social accounts were more often affected by suspensions to ensure we weren't bots. This happened very frequently with use of the Curate resources, another reason we felt the library wasn't functioning as promised or planned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With Missinglettr, you can automate and schedule your social media posts up to a year in advance. Through their Analytics section, you can also track the social performance of your evergreen content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no issues with Missinglettr. Their add-on Curate section, however, needs improvement--I hope they add more languages for topics shared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do like that it pulls your content for social directly from your existing content on your blog, and to a lesser degree, youtube. If you are not already leveraging Medium, it will repost your blog to a Medium Article Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Repetitive. It makes a quote box and puts it in there. Visually apparent you are using a 'bot', better when mixed with other posters. Same visual quote boxes over and over and over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I LOVE this software product. It takes my blog articles and pulls quotes out and adds to a background image or color (you can load or choose) and then shares it to my social profiles!!! I've used it for years now and recommend it to all of my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the branding backgrounds were a little easier to set up but they have come a long way and really cannot complain much about it. They are always improving their products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that I have a chance to send multiple posts and set them up on autopilot for a 1 time costs after purchasing from AppSumo is certainly worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I have to learn anything like a whole new tool, I believe I choose an alternative - It needs a whole lot of improvements.
It does not have benefits with features added every now and then very frequently - and the UI is not inviting to chat with customer support.
What is natural has not been taken care of by Missing Lettr.
It is not intuitive which is why I thought of getting an alternative over it.
It does not GUIDE you to use it with a simple workflow.
- The UI is simply too basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Missinglettr is an app that I absolutely love. It's great for bloggers who are looking to increase their social media posts without having to spend hours on them. The app is easy enough, especially with the helpful tutorial section, even for beginners. I'm looking forward to using this service more because it's really wonderful! I wish they had more integrations with other social media scheduling platforms. But that's ok, I'm sure their team is working on developing more integrations in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are so many things I love about Missinglettr that it's challenging to know where to start. If I were summarising, it is intuitive and easy to use, and does exactly what it is designed to do, which is a way to give new life to your Blog posts. For those who haven't yet used it, you can take your Blogs and put them on an automated evergreen schedule for up to 12 months, and easily auto-generate different wording for each social media post, with the content drawn from the Blog. You can also write each social media post yourself, or edit the suggested text. Why would you do that? Previously I would write a blog, share it, move onto the next one. Missinglettr allows me to vary and adjust the audience and auto'magically' share it throughout the year.
I also love that you can choose either an extract of text, or an image for the social media posts.
Benjamin Dell and the team have designed something that works, and that also has a great UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to dislike. I like it all. I can't think of any downsides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like being able to schedule posts up to a year in advance. Even better, is that the app creates unique content based on the URL you provide it with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One can't specify the exact dates required for the post , only approximate dates. Also, it doesn't use the images provided very well, tending to use the same image repeatedly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MissingLettr gets me focused on managing my social marketing outreach for my articles and blog posts and puts them into a kind of a pipeline mode.
It takes the need out of figuring out when and what to promote for my ongoing work, and does that by providing useful and quick suggestions of various promotion descriptions and images to go along with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times the service feels slow and clunky. Especially in the tag selection process.
Doing things out of the main "best practices" provided is hard.
Having it autogenerate other campaigns other than 12-months greenfield from an RSS feed or switching from one campaign type to another on an RSS feed created campaign is... impossible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
