We started piloting for just one team and the value it creates is amazing - starting with:

(1) top top-to-down goal setting and implicitly the understanding of the individual contribution to the company's success

(2) improving collaboration through feedback loops

(3) easy management of the performance review

The reason I write this review is because I like the performance component. I think that doing performance reviews in this structure really helps my growth as an engineer. The time to reflect on my past 6 months, the feedback I receive and setting all that in writing is really useful. This is not smth related to the app itself, but applies to anything - It takes time to go back to the app and do the necessary updates.
