I like how the system is constantly updated with the latest trends and technologies, so it's always up to date on the latest marketing techniques. For instance, they have recently updated the system to include new features like Facebook ads and LinkedIn groups. Our social media outreach has increased as a result of these updates. The interface is a bit confusing, and the learning curve is a bit steep. Also, their support isn't good, and if you want to use HTML emails instead of drag and drop, they don't have someone to help you accomplish that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform provides us with comprehensive analytics after a campaign has run for a certain period of time, for example after one weeek, two weeks, and so on. These analytics contains insightful information about our prospects and customers. The information we get from these analytics helps us measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and make it easy for us to identify which campaigns are working and which ones need more attention. Without uploading our company's contact lists onto the platform, I am unable to create leads and referrals. The platform relies on the contact list too much. A more varied platform that can produce leads from other variety of significant sources, such as SEOs, would be better because it would increase the likelihood that our company will receive more leads from other sources other than social media and contact lists. I like that the platform is cloud-based and available on the web as a website. I simply use it from the browser without downloading and installing it, and it works just fine. This also enables me to stay always updated even when I’m not in the office because I just use my phone's web browser to log in and view updates and any information that I need.

There is no way to specify the number of times you would like a particular email or post should be shared or sent to prospects. It occasionally bombards clients and prospects with texts and emails. Although this could be beneficial in some ways, on occasion, I worry that it might irritate some clients or possibly mark our business as spam. I would prefer if the platform provided a means for me to strategically designate how frequently and precisely I want a particular piece of material to be shared with and emailed to prospects. When developing marketing content for our company, such as product announcements, emails, social media postings, and landing pages, we just put them into campaigns that last four to six months. During this time, we can concentrate more on running the business while extending our marketing efforts without having to send and share this content with our prospective clients repeatedly, as we used to. It is also feasible to alter or update the running campaigns. When we obtain new prospective clients, we just update the current campaigns to accommodate them rather than creating new ones. This saved us a significant amount of time and work.

The ability to link social media accounts is another helpful feature of MioDatos. For instance, we connected our official Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages to the platform and now our news feeds are conveniently populated. This offers us a greater understanding of what our followers are posting. Since the posts are presented with comments, it makes it easier for us to respond to them right away and maintain a conversation with them.

I should also point out how keen I noted the platform is to quickly help users (especially new users get) familiar with it. For instance, they give you an Excel template when uploading a contacts file so you can see the type and format of the file they expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue I had with the platform was when I was first setting up the account. The verification code took so long that I had to shift my attention and focus on something else while I waited for it so that I could continue setting up the account. I eventually received it and was able to finish setting up the account. I would advise them to investigate this matter as it may turn off many prospective clients, as such a delay may generate a bad image that the company is untrustworthy. As a user, there is no such issue relevant here. But in fact, the cost is a bit high, so the cost should be reduced for all users. And more attractive designs and homepages in the software should be added through updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
