"A great value if it fits your use case"

What do you like best?

I wanted a marketing automation platform that:

1. Obviously could handle true and complex automation

2. Integrated with Autotask, which we use as our CRM

What do you dislike?

They often break the software with updates, and it sometimes takes 24 hours to accomplish something as they fix it. Sometimes I feel like a beta tester. But if it is truly important, they usually prioritize it appropriately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's not without hiccups, but it is an exceptional value. I spend a little extra time tinkering than if I was using a Marketo or Hubspot, but it does everything those other solutions do (at least as far as I can tell). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The platform helped us keeping these partners engaged, our salespeople productive and also to ensure that our marketing was able to use the marketing automation features to keep our lead pipeline active. The product supports mobile marketing and messaging. The solution includes features for website optimization to enhance lead and sale conversion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I wish it had a 2-way feed into our CRM. On the backend of the platform, setting everything up for users to use the platform is much more difficult. Navigation is confusing, not intuitive. There is also an unusually high amount of undelivered mail, and a very high SPAM occurrence. Mindmatrix does not support user driven customization of the product.
