## About Mindscope
Mindscope is an applicant tracking system (ATS) that tailors to both temporary staffing and permanent recruitment agencies. It also comes with an industry-specific CRM tool. The staffing and recruitment system is multilingual and supports multiple currencies. It integrates with email and has an Outlook Plugin. Mindscope offers features optimized for mobile, including integrated text messaging, Viber and Whatsapp messaging, and a mobile app. Mindscope’s Shaazam tool enables recruiters to grab a profile from a website and parse all highlighted details into their database. It also integrates with social media and all major job boards, allowing recruiters to post jobs directly through the system. When candidates apply, their details are automatically captured in the recruiters’ database. Mindscope’s advanced reporting functionality lets agencies strategize based on data-driven insights, such as which job boards generate the highest number of applicants. Mindscope also offers a global sourcing tool, which lets recruiters make detailed searches within hundreds of job boards at once. The system allows 100 resumes at a time to be automatically parsed into the database. Recruiters can then use the pipeline management tool to move candidates through user-definable stages towards placement.

**What do you like best about Mindscope?**

They are rolling out a new user interface with an improved layout and many improvements. They take the users suggestions into account when improving the software. Response time is improved. They were recently purchased and many improvements were made. When calls come in, the record with that phone number pops up on your computer screen.

**What do you dislike about Mindscope?**

The software was a mess a year ago before they were purchased. Since that time, many improvements were made. I disliked what they were but am please with the improvements.

**What problems is Mindscope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps streamline the whole recruiting process and make us more efficient.
