"Real Monitoring That Doesn't Break the Bank"
What do you like best about Middleware?

Hands down, the all-in-one observability is what won us over. Instead of juggling five different tools for metrics, logs, and traces, Middleware slams everything into a single glass pane. One minute I’m checking Kubernetes pod health, the next I’m drilling into a spike in error logs – no tab-hopping madness. The AI alerts are creepy-smart too – they pinged us about a memory leak before our containers started crashing. And can we talk about support? When I signed up, the CEO emailed me personally to offer setup help. That’s wild. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Middleware?

The dashboard editor feels a tad rigid. I couldn’t build a custom widget combining business metrics (e.g., cart abandonment) with infra data (pod restarts). Also, integrations are light outside the cloud-native world – had to hack a webhook for our legacy Oracle DB. Minor gripes, but worth noting if you’re in a Frankensteined environment. "Easy to use and very reliable tool"
What do you like best about Middleware?

Middleware makes data integration simple and smooth. I don’t need deep technical skills to set it up, and it saves me time. The dashboard is clean, easy to understand, and helps me track important updates without confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Middleware?

Sometimes advanced features take extra steps to configure, which can feel slow. A few integrations need more flexibility. Mobile access could also be improved for on-site work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
