What do you like best about Middleware?

What I like best is how Middleware brings together logs, metrics, traces, and real-user monitoring (RUM) in a single, intuitive dashboard. The onboarding was smooth thanks to many pre-built integrations, and features like OpsAl (the Al-powered assistant) help us quickly triage incidents and get to root causes without switching tools. What do you dislike about Middleware?

Reporting & long-term retention limitations unless you upgrade: Advanced custom reports, long data-retention policies, or compliance-grade SLAs often require moving to higher/enterprise tiers, which adds cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
