Hands down, the all-in-one observability is what won us over. Instead of juggling five different tools for metrics, logs, and traces, Middleware slams everything into a single glass pane. One minute I’m checking Kubernetes pod health, the next I’m drilling into a spike in error logs – no tab-hopping madness. The AI alerts are creepy-smart too – they pinged us about a memory leak before our containers started crashing. And can we talk about support? When I signed up, the CEO emailed me personally to offer setup help. That’s wild. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dashboard editor feels a tad rigid. I couldn’t build a custom widget combining business metrics (e.g., cart abandonment) with infra data (pod restarts). Also, integrations are light outside the cloud-native world – had to hack a webhook for our legacy Oracle DB. Minor gripes, but worth noting if you’re in a Frankensteined environment.
