"Powerful Monitoring Platform with Smooth Integration"
What do you like best about Middleware?

Middleware provides a clean and intuitive dashboard that makes it easy to track application performance, infrastructure health, and logs in one place. The ability to integrate with multiple platforms like Kubernetes, Linux, AWS, and Docker is seamless, which saves a lot of setup time. I especially like the real-time monitoring features — latency, traces, and errors are clearly visualized, helping identify bottlenecks instantly. The log management and anomaly detection capabilities also make troubleshooting much faster compared to traditional tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Middleware?

While the platform is robust, the initial learning curve can be slightly steep for new users who are not familiar with APM concepts. Some integrations require manual configuration steps, which could be simplified further. Also, I feel advanced documentation or more video tutorials would help teams adopt it even faster. "Comprehensive Insights and Effortless Setup with Transparent Pricing"
What do you like best about Middleware?

This tool provides us with comprehensive insight into system performance, enabling us to monitor infrastructure health and observe application behavior in real time with ease. Its intuitive setup saves us time on configuration, while the AI-driven alerts allow us to identify issues early, making troubleshooting more efficient and minimizing downtime. Additionally, the transparent pricing is a welcome advantage over other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Middleware?

At times, the dashboard can become overwhelming when a large amount of data is displayed, which makes it more difficult to concentrate on particular issues. In addition, certain advanced features need additional configuration before they can be used. The mobile responsiveness could also be better, as monitoring while on the move is not as smooth as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Monitoring Made Easy with Real-Time Insights and Great Value"
What do you like best about Middleware?

It's all-in-one platform brings together monitoring, log management, and performance tracking within a single, intuitive dashboard. The real-time insights, smooth integrations with tools such as Kubernetes and Docker, and AI-powered anomaly detection are genuinely helpful. It streamlines troubleshooting, making it both faster and more efficient, while also providing excellent value for the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Middleware?

Some integrations still need to be set up manually, and this process could be made more efficient. Additionally, the initial learning curve may feel quite steep for users who are new to observability tools. The documentation could also be improved, particularly when it comes to covering more advanced use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nailed it"
What do you like best about Middleware?

Middleware is an outstanding full-stack observability platform that has completely transformed the way we monitor and manage our systems. What sets it apart is its ability to detect issues seamlessly across multiple sources and then intelligently resolve them using AI. The platform not only gives deep visibility into our infrastructure and applications but also proactively addresses problems before they escalate, saving both time and resources.

Its intuitive interface, real-time insights, and AI-driven automation make troubleshooting faster and more efficient. Instead of juggling multiple tools, Middleware consolidates everything into one powerful solution, which has greatly improved our team’s productivity and confidence.

If you’re looking for a reliable, modern observability tool that goes beyond detection and actively helps resolve issues, Middleware is an excellent choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A True Game-Changer for Our DevOps Team"
What do you like best about Middleware?

What I like best is the sheer relief of having everything under one roof. Before this, we were constantly jumping between three different tools for logs, APM, and infrastructure monitoring. Having a single source of truth where all that data is automatically correlated is a dream. It's made our entire workflow so much cleaner and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Middleware?

Honestly, it's tough to find much to dislike. If I had to be picky, I'd say I'm just eager to see their library of out-of-the-box integrations continue to grow. For our main stack, it was perfect, but for a couple of our more niche, internal tools, we had to do a bit more custom work. That being said, their API is really solid, so it was achievable—just not one-click. It's a minor point for a platform that's already so powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Next-Level DevOps Visibility with Middleware"
What do you like best about Middleware?

Middleware provides an incredibly streamlined observability experience with real-time monitoring, intuitive dashboards, and AI-assisted alerts. The onboarding process is quick and hassle-free, and the user interface is clean and easy to navigate. One of the standout features is the ability to visualize metrics, logs, and traces all in one place—making it ideal for fast debugging and performance optimization. Middleware's affordability compared to other tools like Datadog or New Relic makes it a game-changer for teams looking to scale without overspending. The integration with Docker and Kubernetes was smooth and gave us deep insights into container performance with minimal configuration.

The frequency of use of software becomes very high due to the integration it provides.

When I logged in the middleware, I received mail from the CEO and other developers giving hand for helping me get things right in place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Middleware?

While Middleware offers a comprehensive observability platform, I have observed that the customization options for dashboards could be more flexible. Additionally, expanding integrations with a broader range of third-party services would enhance its versatility. Nonetheless, these are minor areas for improvement in an otherwise robust tool. "Seamless Monitoring with Real-Time Alerts"
What do you like best about Middleware?

I appreciate Middleware's seamless setup process, which was quick and easy due to the intuitive dashboard and effective integration with my servers. I love the real-time alerts and centralized log tracking it offers, as they significantly enhance my ability to monitor system performance and detect issues promptly, reducing downtime. Additionally, the affordability and simplicity compared to other solutions like Datadog are major positives for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies observability like never before"
What do you like best about Middleware?

Middleware makes monitoring and observability extremely seamless. I love how it combines metrics, logs, and traces in one unified dashboard, no need to juggle multiple tools. The UI is clean, intuitive, and gives a real-time picture of everything happening across our systems. Their AI-driven insights save a ton of debugging time by pinpointing issues automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Middleware?

There’s really not much to dislike. If I had to mention something, it would be that some advanced configuration options take a little time to understand initially, but once you get familiar with them, it’s smooth sailing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Observability Done Right Powerful, Transparent & Cost-Focused"
What do you like best about Middleware?

What I like best is how Middleware brings together logs, metrics, traces, and real-user monitoring (RUM) in a single, intuitive dashboard. The onboarding was smooth thanks to many pre-built integrations, and features like OpsAl (the Al-powered assistant) help us quickly triage incidents and get to root causes without switching tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Middleware?

Reporting & long-term retention limitations unless you upgrade: Advanced custom reports, long data-retention policies, or compliance-grade SLAs often require moving to higher/enterprise tiers, which adds cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
