What do you like best about metricool?

As far as social media schedulers go, Metricool feels pretty standard overall. I do like that my team can manage all of our social accounts in one place, including multiple Instagram accounts. The link shortener is enormously helpful. The metrics dashboard is useful as well, since it gives us insight into our analytics and makes it easier to understand how our accounts are performing. We understand how frustrating frequent reconnections can be. Social network tokens expire periodically or permissions may be revoked for security reasons, and unfortunately that’s something we can’t prevent on our end. That said, we’re always working to make the reconnection process as smooth as possible.

What do you like best about metricool?

I really value the analytics feature in Metricool because it informs me about the times when my audience is most likely to be online, providing helpful percentages. This aspect of the software impresses me, and I find the analytics overall to be fantastic. I appreciate the freemium offering of Metricool, which enables me to manage a month's worth of content. The planning tool available in Metricool is one of my favorites due to its efficiency and usability. Metricool's platform stands out to me in terms of look, feel, and pricing when compared to other tools I've tried, like Buffer, Hootsuite, and Social Curator. As someone managing multiple brands, its features remain invaluable, particularly the ability to view conversations in the inbox and respond to them. Additionally, the initial setup of Metricool was straightforward and intuitive for me, enhancing its usability. What do you dislike about metricool?

I wish Metricool offered the capability to post directly to LinkedIn from the premium plan. Additionally, it would be beneficial if LinkedIn personal accounts could access analytics. As a LinkedIn marketing consultant, having these features would likely persuade me to subscribe to an annual plan or upgrade to the premium version. What do you like best about metricool?

I like that with Metricool, I can tag people in LinkedIn posts, which was not available on other scheduling platforms 3 years ago. The platform has great UX, making it easy to schedule posts and check analytics. The calendar's feature that shows thematic holidays is also a nice touch for post inspiration. Their support team responds quickly to any questions, and they often roll out new features, which is great. What do you dislike about metricool?

Sometimes LinkedIn PDFs are too big to publish, but it might be because they're too heavy. Just allow uploading design-heavy files if possible. I can upload those files on LinkedIn, so it shouldn't be an issue for Metricool to allow it too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think lately, some accounts for certain social media platforms have been getting disconnected very frequently. What do you like best about metricool?

Clean UI and a low learning curve. but very basic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about metricool?

Auto-renew charged my card on October 14, 2025 even though I was not actively using the product.

Cannot connect two Instagram accounts at the same time. To switch, you have to disconnect and reconnect, which is slow and error-prone.

Support did not provide a timely or actionable response to my refund request. The renewal policy feels opaque and not customer-centric. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We understand how frustrating it can be to forget to cancel a renewal on time, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. However, managing the subscription is the user’s responsibility. All users have 24/7 access to their account settings to review, modify, or cancel their plan at any time. Metricool’s automatic renewal system is designed to ensure uninterrupted service, and all details about how subscriptions work are clearly explained in our Terms and Conditions and Help Center, both publicly available.

Regarding your comment about connecting Instagram accounts, it’s not necessary to disconnect and reconnect profiles —in fact, we don’t recommend doing so. Metricool is structured by “brands,” and each brand allows you to connect one profile per social network. This means that with any premium plan, you can connect as many Instagram accounts as the number of brands included in your plan—one per brand—without any need to disconnect existing ones.

We understand your disappointment and regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations. While Metricool only provides the service and cannot take responsibility for monitoring individual usage or managing cancellations, our support team is always available via chat to clarify any doubts and ensure you have the information you need.

What do you like best about metricool?

I like the APIs and the automation possibilities offered by Metricool. I consider it a 'white hat' tool. I find the documentation sufficiently good and the initial setup quite easy. But above all, I would recommend the exceptional advice I received from Astrid. Truly a person of rare availability and competence, extremely proactive and highly collaborative. What do you like best about metricool?
