**What do you like best about Meritarc?**

The best aspect is the solutions they offer as a human capital software company and provider of advisory services to Financial Services, Fintech, and Consulting firms. We believe it's time to expect more from performance management software, as they provide the best solutions in terms of their service.

**What do you dislike about Meritarc?**

The software can be upgraded with some extensive cool UI, and they can enhance the user experience by adding more serviceability features to their existing product.

**What problems is Meritarc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefiting me in performance management and employee management in my organizations. It is also helping in shaping salary structure and modeling incentive design.

**What do you like best about Meritarc?**

it helps to prepare strategy and culture and risk assessment in a modern way for the financial institutions.it saas platform is replacing old outdated approaches with modern reimagined solutions

**What do you dislike about Meritarc?**

compared to fellow peers its solution little bit high but when it compares the solution it provides we can agree to it.apart from that it UI can be more eycaching

it analysis and reporting tools help to standardize the process and effectively managed the resources.it  makes your day to day activities and all the information in repors to analysis
