We are very concerned and quite surprised by your review and the described difficulties.
In your review, you’ve mentioned two key issues: (1) user upload (2) survey export. Let me respond to each of those separately.
(1) In terms of the user upload, this process is fully transparent. First, you upload a template with all the email addresses and once it’s done you ask the system to send out the welcome emails. The only additional step for your event was adding the emails to the whitelist (extra security measure based on the access type you have selected). So if for example, you have created users but not added them to the whitelist, they will not have the access to the app. That is a security measure.
(2) Regarding the surveys, we have developed the feature of exporting individual responses with your event in mind and based solely on your event needs. The problems you have experienced were caused by the wrong choice of question type (single instead of multiple choice questions). That is why the questions did not work as they should.
