It delivers solutions to both mobile devices and webpages, granting access to participants in a form that is most convenient to them. It is a ready-to-use app that fits meetings of any type and size with a versatile webpage that applies to specific requirements, like streaming or networking events. Being equipped with this app, event hosts can easily manage their target audience by delivering messages and content to a variety of user groups, depending on the need and different levels of accessibility. The webpage can also distribute the tickets, which can be later verified with a scanner in the app. Participants are able to communicate with each other by the use of a built-in messaging system, theme chat channels arranging business meetings with each other, and even connect by video too. From organizers side - the app is quite easy to set up, the features are perfect for our needs and the customer support is very reliable and professional. Customization is good and they even translated the blueprints texts in Bulgarian for us, which was great. It’s a great way for digital content and very useful if you want to organize paperless event. From participants side – we also received very positive feedback from our participants and it’s very convenient that they can use the same event app for all conferences, with already created profiles. **What do you dislike about Meeting Application?** Overall everything is very well organized and performing as promised! Many great features that MA has cannot be found in many comparably priced apps, including event floorplan maps and a very comprehensive event building /scheduling system. We have been using them for the last 4-years and love the product they continue to produce. Easy for all staff to use, yet detailed enough to have an IT person go to town to make it a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that will be the talk of the town at your event! **What do you dislike about Meeting Application?** Truthfully nothing, we did use a geo-location piece the first year, it did not work too well, and we abandoned it at our event. We did not press on it as we could have made a mistake on the build-out, and since then, the geo-location piece has been removed from the MA system (I believe). Also, I wish they had a USA office to work with on questions with our groups during our business hours. But even with that, the support group returns all support questions quickly the next business day. **Recommendations to others considering Meeting Application:** Look at what you get for the price and ease of buildout of the application you will be purchasing. Does it meet your needs and the needs of your exhibitors, attendees, educators, sponsors, and hosts? Changes to the content were easy to make and see in the app **What do you dislike about Meeting Application?** the process for adding users was very poor, the user experience is very clunky - i had to upload some users multiple times and there were at least a few people who could never log in. This was by far the worst experience and wasted many hours for me. The second major issue was the survey, I talked through at length my requirements with your team and whilst it wasn't a standard request they told me they could create a survey that required users to upload 5 separate answers to 2 questions. When it came to me gathering that information only one reply had been save per person which made the survey useless. I had promised senior management this was possible within the app and to go back and request that all members of the conference email me with their replies instead was hugely time consuming, frustrating & embarrassing. When I brought this up with the team they just said saving all responses wasn't possible which is in complete contradiction to their original response. Also downloading any type of survey didn't work properly - the csv file only contain part of the required information which meant i had to manually copy and paste everything. **Recommendations to others considering Meeting Application:** There were some major issues with my meeting application app, however the team on the most part were receptive and helpful. **What problems is Meeting Application solving and how is that benefiting you?** To provide an app with information about our annual sales conference **Official Response from Jan Solecki:** > Hi, oOhMedia We are very concerned and quite surprised by your review and the described difficulties. In your review, you’ve mentioned two key issues: (1) user upload (2) survey export. Let me respond to each of those separately. (1) In terms of the user upload, this process is fully transparent. First, you upload a template with all the email addresses and once it’s done you ask the system to send out the welcome emails. The only additional step for your event was adding the emails to the whitelist (extra security measure based on the access type you have selected). So if for example, you have created users but not added them to the whitelist, they will not have the access to the app. That is a security measure. (2) Regarding the surveys, we have developed the feature of exporting individual responses with your event in mind and based solely on your event needs. The problems you have experienced were caused by the wrong choice of question type (single instead of multiple choice questions). That is why the questions did not work as they should. I hope we will be able to avoid those issues at your future events. ### 18. For me it was really important to be up to date with agenda and bookmark lectures I'd like to attend. **What do you dislike about Meeting Application?** I think there is only one think I dislike about Meeting Application.
