## Prisma Reviews
  ### 1. Awesome Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Easy integration. Easy to make optimizations.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Downloading an account every time you log in/switch. Not seamless.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very helpful

  ### 2. Makes launching and managing campaigns easier

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

The reporting center is easily my favorite part of 4C Scope. It makes pulling routine data a breeze and saves me time to work on other tasks.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The one limitation that impacts my work within the platform in the inability of the platform to pull in audiences that have been created within Facebook native. There are workarounds to this issue but it does take up time to recreate audiences in both platforms.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulling monthly or common reports is a big solution I've discovered with 4C Scope. Another is launching Twitter campaigns. The Twitter UI is not the easiest for launching campaigns and 4C makes it easy. They also have special tools to watch pacing which has been beneficial.

  ### 3. Great resource, but I'd like to know/do more with 4c

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2019

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Smart groups and ability to create custom rules

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

our biggest issue with 4c is the time it takes for the platform to load given the size of our campaigns.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

was able to manage spend across a large count of campaigns

  ### 4. 4C Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Automated reporting and external data integrations.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Breakage is some reports & creative hiccups.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced time pulling reports and the opportunity to optimize against external data sets provide extreme value for the brand.

  ### 5. Depends on the product

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I love Prisma. Takes some time to learn and recently the platform was just completely revamped, but once you've mastered the basics it is extremely efficient.

MediaOcean support is AMAZING. You can call, chat, email with them any time of day and they are actually extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I also like Spectra OX and think that it is easy to use, but the platform is extremely old and out of date. It is so slow to log-in and operate. Every time that i am disconnected from wifi, it crashes. Not to mention, it looks like it is straight out of the 1980s. They really need to update.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

If your company deals heavily with digital buying, it is great.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Media planning and billing clients
-Mediaocean's flowcharting product, Lumina, is amazing beneficial and saves countless hours of manually building out flowcharts.

  ### 6. Amazing platform for all things paid social!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather P. | Senior Social Strategist, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2017

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Everything you need to do is available within the platform. Insights are really helpful! Social Lift is helpful for planning stages. Huge time saver with audience insights and work flow.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

At times the platform can lag but updates are constantly made to boost

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

Huge help for day to day management. Insights and tools are amazing. Team is always willing to help and provide insights/tips and tricks.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pacing, optimizations, planning and buying.

  ### 7. Un-intuitive, old-school

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I like the Versatility of the features offered. It can be nice to you be able to visit one place to get many different types of information about business.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Versatility of the features offered. It can be nice to you be able to visit one place to get many different types of information about business.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is clunky and an intuitive and often crashes.

  ### 8. 4C is Fantastic for Cross-Channel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason N. | Associate Director, SEM, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2017

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I like that we can manage multiple platforms in one place. The product and team are all fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The platform is still evolving but having a more robust & user-friendly UI would be helpful. Adding charts, more data, easier downloads, etc.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency - nowadays vendors that offer cross-channel solutions are the way to go.

  ### 9. Convenient for Media Buying

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I really liked that whenever I reached out to customer service about an urgent issue, I always got a quick response and they always followed up to make sure that my issue was resolved and that I had a positive experience.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I extremely disliked the fact that I was only able to have 4 tabs open at a time. That was extremely inconvenient. While working on multiple buys, I often need to look at multiple pages at a time.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem media ocean helps my company solve is sending buys in a synergistic way so that we can avoid mistakes. Being able to look at things like Book Look in the same program as the buys makes it easy to make quality decisions about programing when looking at ratings.

  ### 10. 4C February Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I love that you can access each of your social platforms from one direct site and make changes that apply automatically.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The loading times and glitches that occur weekly

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits of creating content within the platform, as well as audiences. It is also great to manage all campaigns from one source.

  ### 11. 4C review - solid

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad W. | Associate Director, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Trigger targeting is great! Also love how closely it mimics the old power editor.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Sometimes feels clunky. Other products like Sprinklr offer a more attractive environment.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to better track our campaign performance. Enables an easy setup with checkpoints for QA.

  ### 12. 4C Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivy Z. | Paid media coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2019

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I like how I can visually see my campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The loading time to refresh is a bit slow.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would love it if I can get automated emails for my daily pacing campaigns. I like how it's pretty simple to use.

  ### 13. Great Customer Service

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

The account team at 4C is fantastic. They are very responsive, always provided solutions, and education on how to use their tools.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The 4C dashboard is a bit outdated and can be tricky to navigate.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

4C has been great to set up campaigns, especially cross channels. We also didn't have the internal resources to set up and optimize campaigns, which the 4C account team helped with.

  ### 14. Seamless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akbar Q. | Research Analyst, Market Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

The process is seamless, and runs relatively flawlessly. Rarely run into problems

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Could be a little bit more user friendly

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

Look no further we are planning on purchasing soon

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helpful for organizational issues and helps sort out day to day problems

  ### 15. Really good

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

It is really easy to use. The 4C platform is also phenomenal. Extremely intuitive and versatile. I'm very happy with the platform as a whole.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

There are definitely still some bugs in the system. We've recently encountered issues with a snapchat set-up and were frustrated when our upload error did not have an explanation... however, even though traveling, Viet was able to help us almost immediately and we figured out a solution.

I think it'd be helpful if definitions for metrics popped up when you hovered your mouse over the metric when creating custom table settings or reporting.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Video Advertising

  ### 16. Matched Targeting Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theresa D. | Digital Strategist, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

4C technology has allowed us to reach users while they are viewing specific television shows without having a budget to include television commercials. The 4c technology pulls engagement data from social media platforms and TV viewing that can allow us to target the specific audience we want to reach.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Nothing. Targeting is in-line with our needs. Social media is a strong platform for our audience. We are able to reach who we need while incorporating the television shows they are watching.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching our television audience at an affordable price. Reaching new potential customers.

  ### 17. Great marketing tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

The tool reaches to a lot of businesses.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

A lot of bugs and then the computer slows down.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

Slows down the reach and results.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing solutions. Fast solutions and greater credibility.

  ### 18. Review of 4C

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

It is easy to use and has a user friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

It does crash occasionally but this may be due to the number of people using it at the same time.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since it's easy to use it takes less time to train people.

  ### 19. Media Ocean

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I do not like Media Ocean. I do like the join, and split feature. It makes maintenance of units easier. I like the idea and purpose of Media Ocean, but I do not think it works well.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I dislike everything about Media Ocean. There is too much dissonance between systems - for example our accounting team does not see the same things that the investment team sees which makes clearing invoices very difficult. I also do not like that ratings do not follow make good units.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Media Ocean for all of our national buys. I think the first benefit is that they are all in one place, and technically the invoice clearing is in the same system - but every invoice has to be manually entered so there are a lot of errors.

  ### 20. Mediaocean is my primary software for scheduling media. The programs have improved greatly.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie S. | Negotiator, Local Investment, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2017

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

spot desktop is the most updated buying system in the industry. Its ease of use trumps other buying programs. We are able to have multiple buys open at once and connect with national reps directly when managing Makegoods for our schedules.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

-At this point the system should be better connected with the selling side. Just as sellers are able to distribute MGs through spot desktop, there should be a way for rates and revised rates to be submitted directly through the system.

-OX is slow and filled with glitches. Some reports take over an hour to pull.
-IT support: could be better. Hard to get through via phone.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier this year I used a OX which is also a mediaocean program. This outdated program has made me appreciate working with spot desktop for all buying capabilities.

  ### 21. My review about 4C

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristian S. | Technician, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

About 4C I like it's audiences and affinities. When we run Facebook battles, we will complete A/B testing with Facebook Targeting and 4C focusing to see which performs better. As a rule we see that the 4C focused on promotion sets result in a higher CTR. In any case, we can utilize these groups of onlookers to take in more about our intended interest groups and observe this to be extremely valuable.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

There are two things that I don't like at 4C. The first is that the 4C stage is ease back to stack and work. It frequently requires investment to get the stage open, and explore in the middle of tabs in the stage. The second thing that I detest is the design of the user interface. I don't imagine that it is exceptionally instinctive and I figure the general association and structure could utilize a few upgrades.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

It is a great tool. however be careful about overloading the system with to many data.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The advantages that we have acknowledged from 4C are adapting more about our intended interest groups, and in addition efficient. 4C Audiences and Affinities are extraordinary on the grounds that they take out a portion of the mystery for making focusing on procedures and we have observed this to be a gigantic advantage.

  ### 22. One hub for all media platforms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Very helpful in building and managing performance across different platforms (Snapchat, Twitter, FB, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest).

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

We had a learning curve when we switched to 4C but we gained one hub and also more targeting capabilities.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

It seems difficult and not worth it at first but in the long term it is actually very helpful to have all platform results into one hub.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To have all platforms performance in one place and more targeting capabilities

  ### 23. The Most Annoying Insertion Order App

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Media Ocean gets the work done, that's what I like best. It honestly isnt designed very well but it does what its suppose to do. Managers can easily approve IOs and clients get their invoices.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Everything. The copy and pasting doesn't work as effectively when it comes to duplicating lines. There are "tricks" I need to teach my associates to use when it comes to Media Ocean because the system will not do what it is logically suppose to do. It honestly takes up half your day entering a buy and it is something everybody dreads at the office. They need to improve their interface because at this point it is tedious work that we are paying smart associates for.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

If you can avoid Media Ocean, I would. The people who you are training for this app learns absolutely nothing that they can carry over to their next job. It has a horrible interface that makes you want to rip your hair out. If you don't save on accident, all of your 5 hours of work is gone. The copy and pasting sucks when you are trying to duplicate. There isnt enough room to type out things and you constantly have to "create" your own sub sections which takes even more time. Go with Prisma

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are in the process of transitioning to Prisma, but as of right now we are still using Media Ocean for contracts, IOs, and invoices. The only good thing I will say is that everything is listed out clearly for both parties to read.

  ### 24. 4C Review - Advertising

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I like 4C's ease of use and it's flexible UI.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Wish it had more customizations available (ex: remembering settings)

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optimizing toward conversion rate
Benefit: automated reporting to email

  ### 25. Media Ocean for Media Buying

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I enjoy that the tool integrates with several other applications - like our invoice system and also a system for adding programming.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The tool has several errors, constantly freezes, and each system has a different interface so that different teams are looking at the same information and seeing something different. I dislike that impressions don't travel when you're adding in units.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

I do not recommend using media ocean.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous system was discontinued so we needed a solution.

  ### 26. Negotiator

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I like that the system isnt too complicated to learn. Buy Entry, Media Reporter and Net Research Reporter are the more useful functions

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I dislike how outdated the system is. The look and appearance as well as some of the functionality needs to be updated. One of the main functions is actualizing/seeeding impressions

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

Test out other systems first - some others seem more intuitive and more updated as compared to Mbox

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We store and manage large customer buys in the system. Benefits are that we can pull the system at any time for reporting purposes and it allows us to manage our inventory all in one place

  ### 27. Media Ocean experience

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

The column filters and new updates such as being able to add more specifics when pulling up a buy in Buy Maintance

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The little glitches that happen often such as trying to buy in extra bonus spots overnight. It can also be really slow sometimes.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits are the efficiency it allows with the stewardship of buys

  ### 28. Inviting Interface and Good Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily S. | Operations & Strategy Associate, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I use Prisma for buyers and love that it displays all my campaigns in an easy-to-understand layout. I can rely on the data in Prisma to be the main source of truth for billing, budgeting and general campaign specs.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I do not like that when a campaign needs to be "agency accepted" i have to begin from the "buy" tab instead of the page loading to the "order" tab where the I am able to click the "accept" button.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Prisma Media Ocean to help keep my clients campaigns in order and be able to efficiently communicate with the partners from which I am buying the media for these campaigns.

  ### 29. Nice one!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

One of the best architecture programs you can find

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

One of the negative points may be the price, but otherwise it is very complete!

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

It is a great program that is relatively simple to use, I recommend it 100%

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This program has helped me and my company to solve customer orders quickly and efficiently.

  ### 30. Amazing media 360 software

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Support from the team and don’t have to pay additional for historic reporting

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

User interface, some time it gets really hard to navigate and use reporting center for social reporting

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

Trial before use

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Universal reporting for social platform and video inventory Buy

  ### 31. How many days can it go without crashing.

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

The best thing about Media Ocean is that it can easily split :30’s to :15’s and does all the math for me. EDI is sometimes very efficient.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Hard to read, can’t change daypart after package is made, EDI takes forever to come through, the whole system can crash and be unusable multiple times a day, when you clear $0 invoices they keep reappearing and you have to keep adding them multiple times even if you have to run an I2. What is an I2? What is it’s purpose?

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Receiving large national buys much faster than entering them by hand.

  ### 32. Media necessity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shayna L. | Associate, Integrated Investment, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

The customer support is really great so whenever a question arises, help is easily accessible

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The interface can be slow and glitchy; you must double check campaigns to verify everything saved correctly

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage all digital campaigns through Media Ocean; benefits include a streamlined process that is consistent across accounts

  ### 33. Effective Platform with Infrastructure Restraints

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2017

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Platform easily aggregates all platforms into one single UI, which can be very helpful when running across varied platforms.
-Does a quality job of recreating the platforms structures within its on UI.
-Interface is intuitive if you're a veteran in working in social spaces.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

-While it is intuitive to someone who is well-versed in different platform UIs, the tool bars are set up in a cluttered way and sometimes it's not always easy to remember where all the tools are located.
-The function of download an account everytime we login does tend to be annoying.
-Not always confident in the UI to start, pause or re-start campaigns as I have upload a campaign as paused multiple times only to check that it wasn't actually paused.
-With the way our team operates, our campaigns are built out in a very granular way. Sometimes that granularity leads to a ton of campaigns, ad sets and ads which seem to overwhelm the system pretty quickly.
-When setting up the table and then eventually pulling reports it doesn't pull the metrics in the order that we would like which can be annoying.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

It is a useful product, but be wary of overloading the system with too granular of campaign setups.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to run with full capabilities on Snapchat

  ### 34. Gets the job done

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Standardized, easier to use than non fb/Google self serve platforms but not by much

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Somewhat cumbersome/inflexible to use.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campaign execution

  ### 35. very slow

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2016

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

applying targeting, and bulk uploading ads, the search and filter function, the set up of campaigns, ad sets, and ads. i also like that there is a level above campaign (smart groups) where you can control the budget of a few campaigns etc. They also have really cool affinity tools that are helpful when it comes to prospecting.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

its sooooo slow to load, redownloading takes a while, its hard to change URLs on carousel ads

cant set lifetime budget after uploading.

they never take accountability for their product's issues. whenever you tell your rep that there's an error or an issue, they have you download and screenshot and video multiple things to help them "recreate" the issue on their end. they can never duplicate the error and after weeks of back and forth, and added work from all of the exports and screenshots you supply them, you're still in the same place you started.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

great for analysis with new tools like media blueprint

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

trafficking campaigns, keeping campaigns organized, having another platform to work in if power editor isnt working.

  ### 36. Great Experiene

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2017

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I like 4C's easy to use interface, great team to work with and helpful products that 4C offers. I like the fact that they take our feedback and actually work to find solutions and change certain things.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Sometimes the Pacing Dashboard gives me trouble, other then that, I do not dislike anything about 4C.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

Really figure out what exactly you are trying to achieve and then go to 4C and see how they an help you.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easier for us to activate campaigns and to get reporting done quickly. Also 4C allows us to buy through certain API partners. I have gained more time back in my day for doing other stuff since 4C consolidates tasks for me.

  ### 37. Media Ocean Review

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I'm able to quickly check bookings to clients

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Finance system is not always integrated with media system

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

Make sure to trial the software first (if this is possible). Also make sure you do a detailed evaluation of what your short and long term requirements are as a competitor may be a better option.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to track a large number of media campaigns in one place. The automation saves a lot of precious time.

  ### 38. Sydney''s Experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2017

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I love the ease of the platform and the ability to switch between ad accounts easily. 4C makes snapchat easy to use and allows for best practices, something that the new Snapchat UI does not allow.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I dislike how hard it is to limit the amount of campaigns/ad squads/ads one sees. In a dream world I would want to be able to click into a campaign and see the ad sets for that campaign alone. Additionally, I dislike the lack of hard caps on the Campaign portion, there tends to be campaign overspends which are unfortunate.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

Communicate with your 4C reps and build a strong relationship. It helps to understand the product after having an in person session.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the ability to reach youth users on the platform where they are spending 30 minutes a day, snapchat. I am also able to heavily target those users to create more quantified audiences. When using the platform in comparison to the Snapchat UI, I am able to have multiple ad squads which allow for targeting optimizations and insights which the client appreciates.

  ### 39. My Experience with 4C

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krystal V. | Strategist, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2017

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

4C is highly extremely easy to tailor to your needs. You can create key metrics, data pulls, columns and rows. Once you spend some time within the platform, it is easy to pick up and customize to your needs.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Overall, the platform itself is slow and glitchy. It takes a long time to download or upload changes, which can lead to large amounts of errors. The data is on a delay, so you are unable to truly see how the campaigns are performing that very moment. Additionally, it is a lot of information at once. It could be displayed in a more digestible manner.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Comparing performance between different campaigns on Pinterest.

  ### 40. MediaOcean - A Necessary Evil

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew C. | Video Investment Assistant, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Fairly easy to figure out how to navigate around

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Where to begin... It's slow, ugly, not user-friendly, requires multiple programs instead of one combined...

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stewarding media buys, keeping all clients in one place, dealing with invoices

  ### 41. 4C Review !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shayne S. | Social Coordinator, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2017

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

The parallels between 4C and Ads manager, with additional target options!

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I don't have much to complain about! I think the only challenge I had with the platform was the initial on boarding. Having never used the platform in previous roles, it was a little tricky to get used to, but once I got the hang of it, I realized how intuitive it really was after all.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

It's a very useful platform & our reps Vince & Jeff are fantastic !

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campaign organization under some complicated ad sets. Building out ads/duplicating ads is much simpler here than in the Facebook platform a lot of times.

  ### 42. MediaOcean Software Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

The operation is easy to use. Its well organized and built. Capable of handling a lot of data

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

It sometimes stops working and sends you and error message. Where you need to call for IT expert assistance

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Media Ocean has the great capacity of being able to handle a lot if information. I am using to resolve buys discrepancies. Its great to add information without any problems.

  ### 43. Good userinterface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

It is organized, and has a friendly user interface

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

When looking at campaigns on the big tab, it’s difficult to sort by partner. You have to search for your partner, but can be frustrating when your partner might be someone like TEN, but other placements have ten in the details so they show up in the search.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

Easy to understand and to train others to use the platform

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to efficiently send insertion orders and have your campaign and billing be in one area. It’s like a one stop shop.

  ### 44. Media Ocean

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I liked best the formatting and ease., and it seemed like something I'd be using in the future.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

I disliked the amount it took for this system to operate.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved issues such as emails bouncing back and some not receiving emails at all.

  ### 45. My review of media ocean

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2018

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

I like that I can see each line in a media buy and that I can copy lines to create new lines.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The software overall is not as funtional as othe rbuying softwares.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

Do your research.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Media ocean offers the benefit of easily being able to change errors made by data entry and DARE catches errors on makegoods that other softwares don’t catch.

  ### 46. 4C API

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2017

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

Their customer service is unmatched. They are always willing to drop what they are doing and help. The bulk upload process is fairly seamless once you get used to a few small nuances.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

In a fast moving environment they seem to be too reactive. My team sometimes needs to inform them of tools available on other platforms. Since the platform is web based you run into crashing and freezing due to overwhelming some browser windows.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing massive campaigns across multiple social platforms. Bulk uploads of campaigns and bulk changes to existing campaigns. Budget pacing options at a higher level than most platforms.

  ### 47. 4C: Everything You Need to Know and More about Social Media Marketing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashlee C. | Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2016

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

What I like best about 4C are 4C Audiences and 4C Affinities. Typically when we run Facebook campaigns, we will do A/B testing with Facebook Targeting and 4C targeting to see which performs better. Often times we see that the 4C targeted ad sets result in a higher CTR. Either way, we are able to use these audiences to learn more about our target audiences and find this to be very useful.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

There are two things that I really dislike about 4C. The first is that the 4C platform is very slow to load and operate. It often takes time to get the platform open, as well as navigate in between tabs in the platform. The second thing that I dislike about 4C is the layout of the platform. I do not think that it is very intuitive and I think the overall organization and structure could use some improvements.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

I'm very excited to see 4C integrate with Snapchat advertising! I'd also really like to see 4C roll out some Instagram targeting features on their road map.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits that we have realized from 4C are learning more about our target audience's interests, as well as time saving. 4C Audiences and Affinities are great because they take out some of the guess work for creating targeting strategies and we have found this to be a huge benefit.

  ### 48. 4C is a social media powerhouse

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah T. | Internet Marketing Consultant, Paid Social, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2017

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

4C has given us the ability to create our highest performing prospecting audiences for our clients-- across industries--through using the affinity and social search functions. These audiences are powerful because they are both relevant and backed up by REAL engagement data.

The customer service they provide is also AMAZING and I love how dedicated the 4C team is to educating our team about the most up-to-date platform features.

Smart Groups and all of 4C's sync features provide an advanced level of control of media buying technology that provides a highly intelligent, personalized ad experience for our audiences.

Lastly, I love how 4C has prioritized the integration of social and TV as this is going to ultimately be the future of social advertising.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Sometimes the load times are excruciatingly long (when downloading an account). Also, I wish that 4C had a find and replace tool! It would really come in handy when duplicating and renaming campaigns/ad sets.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased efficiency in client reporting and data analysis!

  ### 49. 4C

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2017

**What do you like best about Prisma?**

The sync features are incredibly useful.

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

The interface can be a bit clunky, and syncing between Facebook and 4C is not always seamless.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syncing ads with weather, sports and television.

  ### 50. When the tool works, it is a great resource

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2016

Easy ability to duplicate ad sets and review settings.
Great customer service.
When the RF buying tool works, it is life saving
Social Lift changed the way we looked at influencers and brought the media team into the discussion

**What do you dislike about Prisma?**

Tool freezes and lags
Reach Frequency tool always seems to be broken or is extremely delayed

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma:**

The tool can be a great asset in planning, where the native tools struggle.

**What problems is Prisma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficient buying with RF- The tool, when it works, allows us to evaluate multiple buying options
Social Lift- Allows us to optimize influencer buys
