The ease of use for the exhibitor is very important, they can update details in one place and it flows through to all other elements of MYS. I also greatly appreciate the support team, they are very helpful and have provided ideas and solutions to make our event work well. **What do you dislike about Map Your Show?** I would like more control over the backend setup in the initial stages. I'm a very technical user and having extremely limited access to the initial setup features is a pain. The UI is not my favourite, there are many options hidden in menus and drop downs, sometimes it can be hard to find the option you need **What problems is Map Your Show solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating a single ecosystem for our exhibitors & visitors. This is a huge benefit and win for us, from here we can upsell and provide genuine insights to our customers without having to navigate multiple platforms.
