I find the application filtering and search capabilities of Manatal quite limited. Specifically, there's no effective way to assess applications based on custom criteria directly from the curriculum or application data. This lack of robust filtering means I can't search the candidate bank effectively for specific attributes, such as skills or experience levels. This is a significant area where Manatal needs improvement as it hampers my ability to find suitable candidates easily.
