Its standardized language ensures prior customizations never erase essential provisions, yet the system remains remarkably adaptable, allowing seamless tailoring to my practice’s evolving needs. Updates to core templates propagate instantly, preventing outdated or inconsistent clauses. The result is a faster, more reliable, and consistently high-quality workflow that enhances both efficiency and professional presentation in every legal document I produce. I use the software at least a few times a month and it is easy to use if you watch a video for 5 minutes to get started and are willing to learn basics. **What do you dislike about Make Legal Docs?** The primary downside is cost. As a beta user, I enjoyed free access before launch, but full pricing may reach several hundred dollars a month, similar to other platforms. I strongly hope the developer keeps the subscription under $200/month, which would be well worth it. I’d also like to see reasonable pricing for additional users—my staff needs their own logins, and I’d prefer not to pay full duplicate rates. A modest per-staff fee would be entirely acceptable. It took about 30 minutes to become proficient in using the software, and it has easily saved me a hundred hours this year. Estate Plans used to take 3-4 hours, I have them down to .5 hour max with customizations. I saw an email that the developer has a probate module to learn on which will be very helpful. **What problems is Make Legal Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software excels at keeping my initial work product consistent, which is essential in legal drafting. Once I develop a form I’m satisfied with, I can reliably reuse it across future matters without worrying that key language will drift or essential provisions will disappear. Each template becomes a stable foundation that I can quickly customize for the specific facts of a new case.
