The primary downside is cost. As a beta user, I enjoyed free access before launch, but full pricing may reach several hundred dollars a month, similar to other platforms. I strongly hope the developer keeps the subscription under $200/month, which would be well worth it. I’d also like to see reasonable pricing for additional users—my staff needs their own logins, and I’d prefer not to pay full duplicate rates. A modest per-staff fee would be entirely acceptable. It took about 30 minutes to become proficient in using the software, and it has easily saved me a hundred hours this year. Estate Plans used to take 3-4 hours, I have them down to .5 hour max with customizations. I saw an email that the developer has a probate module to learn on which will be very helpful.
