With MaintSmart work orders may be created by eight different methods. Several of these methods are automatic or semi-automatic and linking work order templates (boiler-plate copies of existing work orders) metered work orders are created automatically.

**What do you like best about MaintSmart CMMS?**

I've used other software as well but I like MaintSmart the best. MaintSmart is quite beneficial for me because it doesn't require a user to be on-site. As it is cloud based, this software can be accessed from anywhere. With the training and training materials provided, it just makes our work of setting up and running the software very easy. Must buy!

**What do you dislike about MaintSmart CMMS?**

MaintSmart pricing is only available upon request and your price can vary with the number of users and majorly because of the customization cost. But I think costs like license and subscription fee is lower as compared to other similar competitor software. 

**Recommendations to others considering MaintSmart CMMS:**

I have already recommended this software to my colleagues at other workplaces and even they love using this. I would recommend this to anyone reading this review as this will surely lower your costs, time and effort to the least in the best possible manner.

**What problems is MaintSmart CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, MaintSmart fulfilled my requirements within my company's budgets. Customer Service is top notch and highly experienced and I would like to give a big shout out to the quality support / technical team. I haven't had any major disappointments with this software. My team and I are quite satisfied with the overall performance and have even recommended this to others.This software automatically manages all the company''s operations and there is very less manual input required thus keeping the chances of error to a minimum
