**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

There are so many things I appreciate about MaintainX, from how easy it is to integrate and deploy to the level of customer service and ongoing engagement. It’s also very user-friendly for both requesters and full users. We’ve captured a lot of valuable data and produced reliable reporting, which has helped us reduce unplanned downtime on critical assets by 90%—a huge feat in most industries. We’ve also started our journey into predictive maintenance with sensor technology, and the MaintainX vibration team was able to warn us about a catastrophic failure before it happened (as verified by our senior maintenance mechanic). Compared with the L2L and Maximo platforms, the pricing feels fair, and leadership can see the ROI immediately across the board.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

Some parts of the reporting still need tweaking for me, particularly the ability to compile all data into a single Excel report. From time to time, new features roll out—or changes are made to existing features and reporting—without our knowledge, and we end up having to contact our customer reps just to figure out what’s different.

Another issue is visibility: full users can see all open work orders, but requesters can’t. That gap can easily lead to duplicate work orders being submitted. It would be helpful if requesters were prompted to check whether a similar request already exists before submitting a new one. I’d also like a notification icon within the app itself, similar to the alarm bell in Outlook. Finally, it would be great to have a way to link related work orders together for easier troubleshooting, and I understand this is a feature within the new MaintainX Copilot.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, we were looking for a system to document our work efforts and schedule our preventive maintenance, and MaintainX made that very easy. Soon after implementation, we began collecting both online and offline data and shifted our workplace culture to require a work order for essentially every request that involved the maintenance team. That change improved the accuracy of our machine uptime and downtime tracking for OEE metrics. With that data in hand, we built a capital project to upgrade our high-pressure pumps. After replacing the problematic pumps based on what the data showed, we achieved a 90% reduction in downtime for those critical assets in just 13 weeks.

In addition, because MaintainX was so easy to implement, we decided to digitize our Master Sanitation Schedule for the Sanitation team. This not only supported our quality and food safety goals within the plant, but it also freed our Maintenance mechanics from work orders that were better suited for the janitorial staff.

**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

The ability to organize our existing inventory sheets from Excel and transfer them into the Maintain X platform easily has been a big plus. Navigation through the software is straightforward, and I like being able to micromanage each piece of equipment with maintenance records, shop diagrams, parts inventories, photographs, and vendors all in one place. Maintain X seems to do it all.

The notification feature is very important to us. Pricing is reasonable, and we hope this will save us hours of time once our onboarding is complete. Support during onboarding has been great. We have not used the integrations feature yet, other than importing data from Excel spreadsheets, which works flawlessly. Performance is fast, with the ability to quickly find a particular asset. We’re still learning the AI capabilities, including its ability to recognize brands of equipment.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

So far, we haven’t found any downsides, but we’re still learning about the product and getting familiar with how it works.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to combine multiple Excel spreadsheets and their data into one central place has made it much easier for our team. It allows four people to access the same information and update it on a daily basis without juggling separate files. One of the biggest benefits is the notification feature, which alerts us when a piece of equipment is due for a required service or inspection.

**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

I like the fact that it is very versatile and flexible in our business. In our case for example we use maintain X for a lot of maintenance and part inventory, but with it being very versatile we have found it very helpful in record keeping for manure handling and more. Plus the customer support is very helpful and quick responses at any time of day.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

There are only a hand full of very minor things i dislike, one being that there is only one possibility for unit cost in inventory but there is multiple options for vendors and part numbers, in some instances it would be helpful to see the price of all vendors to better choose where to buy parts from. Another thing we would like to see in the future is the ability to have accumulation meters. Another thing we would like to see is the ability to edit automation on the mobile app.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintain X is helping solve a lot of things from having details of the assets at your finger tips, part inventory, routine maintenance, purchase orders and most of all being able to look at the history of the machine.

**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

MaintainX is helpful for myriad reasons. The ability to organize and visualize our preventive maintenance procedures, assets, and parts allows our business to spend less time understanding what we're looking at and more time preventing costly downtime and needless mistakes. On top of that, it helps keep our schedules on point, whether it's maintenance, compliance, or day-to-day tasks. Being able to upload documents and use Copilot to help craft procedures gives us a great starting off point for building our preventive maintenance program. The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. We also enjoy that we have the ability to API our own software with MaintainX. The software runs well, and the staff are knowledgeable and efficient supporters when we need them. All in all, MaintainX is a great value for any business looking to take their facilities maintenance to the next level.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

There is very little that I dislike about MaintainX. For new users, the depth and breadth of the program can be somewhat intimidating. After using the software for a short while, that feeling is replaced with one of confidence-both in the knowledge of how to navigate the system, and in the system's ability to manage preventive maintenance schedules and keep your business on track and performing profitably.

**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

I appreciate MaintainX for its capacity for customization. I can easily create or change work orders and procedures to meet the needs of the business. I really appreciate the fact that I can change how the procedure flows based on the technicians' answers. This gives consistent and repeatable direction to the technician.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

I find that moving a field from one position to another within a procedure is quite tiresome, and not always successful. This process involves grabbing the field and dragging it up or down to its desired position and releasing the mouse button. This practice is successful only about half of the time and can be frustrating when you've dragged it past 25 fields. An unsuccessful attempt returns the field back to its original location, where a user must try the movement again.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MaintainX brings new employees up to speed quickly. The ability to include pictures with fields bridges gaps in employee knowledge and makes the inspections more efficient without additional oversight.

MaintainX has been a valuable tool in helping organize and streamline our service department. It has improved visibility across all work orders, allowing us to track status, prioritize tasks, and manage workload more effectively. The platform has enhanced communication between our coordinator and technicians, ensuring clearer expectations and better accountability. Overall, MaintainX has helped us become more structured, responsive, and efficient in how we manage service operations.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

One of the main downsides of MaintainX is the lack of  features across different subscription levels, which can limit functionality unless you’re on a enterprise-tier plan. Key tools that would significantly improve efficiency, such as advanced reporting or customization, are not always available at lower levels, creating gaps in workflow capabilities. Additionally, the platform offers limited customization, particularly when it comes to tailoring fields, workflows, and reports to fit specific operational needs. This can make it difficult to fully align the system with how our service department operates, requiring workarounds instead of a true fit-for-purpose solution.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MaintainX has helped solve several key operational challenges within our service department:

Lack of visibility into work orders: We now have a centralized system to track all work orders in real time, including status, priority, and assignment. This eliminates guesswork and improves decision-making.

Disorganized communication: Instead of relying on scattered emails, texts, or verbal updates, MaintainX consolidates communication within each work order, ensuring everyone is aligned and reducing missed information.

Inefficient scheduling and dispatching: Assigning work to technicians is now more structured, allowing us to better balance workload, reduce delays, and respond more quickly to service requests.

Limited accountability: With clear ownership of tasks and documented updates, it’s easier to track performance, follow up on open items, and hold team members accountable.

**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

I like that is both user friendly from the admin side as well as the worker side. It has allowed us to streamline our back of house resulting in less worker down time between tasks and a higher organization in our assests, parts, procedures, and work orders.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

Overtime they've become increasingly focused on capturing enterprise customers. It feels as though over time software capabilities that were previously available to lower paying tiers have been repackaged as different features then moved to the enterprise version of the service.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main thing MaintainX solves is in the work order is work order capture, assignment, and organization. I was previously using a semi-automated google form/sheet setup so this is a huge step up in usability for my team and for our general staff.

Maintenance systems help me manage daily priorities by giving clear visibility into assets, people, and performance. They allow me to track KPIs, verify preventive maintenance completion, and make informed business decisions instead of reactive ones. Having everything organized in one place has made my role significantly more efficient — improving accountability, planning, and overall operational control.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

My biggest frustrations are around recording consistency and mobile functionality. I rely heavily on accurate data to manage KPIs and asset health, and right now the recording side could be stronger. Also, the mobile app doesn’t always show the same information as the desktop version, which limits how effective I can be when I’m out with the team instead of at my desk.

The biggest value Maintainx brings to our operation is clear, concise visibility into our assets, preventive maintenance, work orders, and daily task management. **What do you like best about MaintainX?**

I appreciate MaintainX for its reliable request portal, robust preventive maintenance schedule/tracker, and document storage. It's the best balance between ease-of-use and robust capabilities I've found. Unlike larger systems like Maximo, MaintainX is quite intuitive to use, which makes it easier to get new technicians up to speed and reduces tedium in recordkeeping. The initial setup was fairly easy, and the team was good to work with.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

There are some seemingly simple things that I'd like to see implemented. They include: The ability to customize asset info fields based on asset type; The ability to toggle between PM creation based on completion of last WO vs. date.

MaintainX provides a reliable request portal, a robust PM schedule/tracker, and document storage. It's intuitive, balancing ease-of-use and capabilities, solving issues I faced with larger systems. It helps us maintain effective preventive and reactive maintenance without a steep learning curve.

**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

I use MaintainX for work order and workflow management because it allows me to track and organize work effectively. I find that it is user-friendly and I like the custom dashboard and report builder functions since they are intuitive and work well. The initial setup was easy, and the training provided is great and more than suitable to get one going in the software.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

MaintainX works well, so I have no complaints. For improvements, I do have a request for the ability to add work order query reports side-by-side in the custom dashboard. That is currently not possible. This would be a valuable improvement, as I have seen this ability with a competitor, however, it is a minor point.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MaintainX allows me to track and organize work easily. It's user-friendly with intuitive custom dashboards and report building, making workflow management more efficient.

**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

MaintainX is a modern product that delivers something much closer to a viable experience than anything else on the market for a CMMS at the moment. They are also actively working to improve the platform and push frequent updates without causing much contention. However, like many companies this size, they do struggle with internal communication. For example, customer service reps will often be surprised to see updates in real time with end users on a call, and the enhancement and feedback cycle is often ad hoc.

Implementation is simple and they provide excellent support/flexibility through the process. Integrations are also readily available, but can be time-consuming/expensive to maintain.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

The biggest negatives about MaintainX are on the personnel training and industry specialization side. They lack appropriate internal project management/oversight - through the Sales process in particular - but really across the board. The brightest point is that ongoing support staff, who are very responsive and helpful, but ultimately tend to lack real, down-to-earth understanding of the end user groups they support and struggle to make those connections over time since they are not given planned, consistent opportunities for real-world experience. I hope they will grow here in the future. 

By far the most negative experiences, however, are with the Sales team, and I would caution heavily to set clear expectations with any engagement. Related to their internal communication issues, they do not seem to have a wholistic awareness of their internal dependencies and will consistently promise things that they cannot deliver and then pass you to the implementation and ongoing support teams to resolve as best they can. I do think that this is the best product on the market right now, but this is a sore spot that needs serious improvement.

**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

I have used various CMMS solutions continually since 1994.  MaintainX surprised and delighted me with its ease of use.  The import and export utilities allowed us to compile and organize a massive amount of data, including hundreds of PM work orders, and then go live within a couple of days.

The AI integration for creating procedures is absolutely next level!  This innovation removes a major hurdle to implementation by cutting down the time that we would have spent transcribing tasks from all of the various manuals.  It is a direct money saver.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

There is nothing that I dislike.  In the UI, there are a few things that take getting used to with regard to where features are located.  Like having Exports in Reports and also in Settings - General, had me toggling a bit to find what I needed.  Minor issue.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have two facilities that are purely reactive maintenance, except for contractor services.  In addition to collecting data and driving proactive maintenance work, MaintainX is helping us establish good maintenance management practices.  As well as work orders, it has allowed us to establish an indirect supply procurement process, MRO inventories, and a major asset inventory for more detailed depreciation/valuation.  It will also help us establish a technical library to get information into the hands of those who need it faster.

I like the intuitive user interface and framework.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

I wanted to have multiple cost associations in its parts data, but the option was not available. I also want to have the ability to manage inventory of a single item in multiple locations. This is not an option currently.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing for more efficient maintenance of business assets. This ultimately saves the business money. Prior to the usage of MaintainX this company was loosing efficiencies to over buying parts, and making purchases of the incorrect parts required for a certain assets function. All these problems lead to machine downtime. In manufacturing downtime equals money lost and a good CMMS software increases machine uptime values.

MaintainX has been very easy to work with. I appreciate the ease of use, the reporting options, and the ability to have multiple departments using the same software. It’s also helpful that we can filter out work orders for other departments, and the asset management and inventory management features have worked well for us.

So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike about MaintainX.

We can now use a single system to manage both reactive work orders and recurring work orders. Also, we are now able to integrate our inventory and associate inventory with work orders.

**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

What I like best about MaintainX is how intuitive and easy it is to use right out of the gate. The setup process is straightforward, the workflows make sense, and it has already helped us organize maintenance tasks more efficiently. It is practical, saves time, and actually gets used by staff, which makes a big difference. I would highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

At this point, there is not much to dislike. Like any new system, it takes a little time for staff to fully adjust and build consistent habits, but the learning curve is reasonable. Overall, the benefits far outweigh any minor growing pains as we continue to roll it out and refine how we use it.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MaintainX is solving the problem of slow, paper-based, and inconsistent work order communication. It allows schools to easily submit work orders and gives our maintenance crew instant, digital access to new requests while they are on the job site. This has improved response times, reduced missed or delayed requests, increased accountability, and helped us prioritize work more effectively across multiple buildings.

What I like most about MaintainX is how easy it is to use day-to-day. Creating work orders, tracking tasks, and checking maintenance history is pretty straightforward, which makes it a lot easier to stay organized. It also helps keep communication clear between the team since everything is in one place instead of spread across emails, texts, or paper notes.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

I do like the app, but it's not as clear and easy to use as the browser.

MaintainX helps us keep maintenance work organized and visible for the whole team. Instead of work orders, updates, and notes being scattered across different places, everything lives in one system. That makes it a lot easier to track what’s been done, what still needs attention, and the maintenance history of equipment.

I love how easy it is to use. The teachers have found the product easy and effective that we now get job requests for easy things. However the ability to message back through the program has saved a lot of steps. :)

With anything good, the more time you take to set up the easier it is to use, yet it still takes time.

The biggest issue that we use this forms to keep track of work orders. When, importance and how often.  
That also falls into asset management and asset tracking.

For me, the service after the sale is the best part. If I have questions or need help, they’re always there to answer. Any issues I run into are usually resolved within a day or two.

I don’t have much to add, but having more options to customize work orders would make this better. Also, the ability to create sub-locations within a location in the inventory tab would be a big help.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has given us a much bigger picture of our maintenance program. It has also helped us utilize our techs in a much more manageable way. In maintenance, your techs get a lot of what we call “shoulder taps” (please help me with this or that) without using work orders. Since implementing this system and giving the right people access to make requests, our shoulder taps have reduced by 75%.

**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

MaintainX's user friendly platform takes what used to be a niche, difficult field to develop, train, & implement and simplifies it in a way that can be put into action immediately. Their customer support and account management has been some of the best I've encountered in the field, answering most questions within the same day with quick, helpful walk-thru solutions. My technician team utilizes it not only as a CMMS, but for its quick access to parts, equipment, and their supporting documentation.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

The only real issue I have encountered with MaintainX is when connectivity is dropped when utilizing our phones or tablets, it is hit or miss whether the data will update correctly in the respective work order.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MaintainX solves a multitude of problems. From automatic PM scheduling, procedure development, equipment documentation, parts management, it nearly does it all with minimal maintenance needed once it is properly setup. For a traditional Maintenance Manager, there would be no excuse for lack success if they implemented MaintainX within their department. After the foundation is set, it does almost everything for you. And the price is well within reason for a streamlined, reliable product that delivers results, and does it better than any other platform.

**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

MaintainX is a very simple to use software flatform. This was very easy to implement at our company.  The customer support service is above and beyond expectation. They have innovated their CMMS system to fit our global needs as a customer. They continue to make changes as we develop this software into our system. We continue to use this on a daily basis globally. Integrating this CMMS system has become a focal point in our goals for this year.

Ease of use.  After initial implemenation, it's been very easy to navigate through the system.  The platform has been extremely helpful with scheduling not just PMs but also reactive jobs for my team.  
Support from the MaintainX team has been phenominal, they are super responsive.  Willing to help how they can and always friendly.
Lastly, I love how they are continuing to grow this platform and expand it to help meet the end-users needs.

My only "negative" would be on us and not MaintainX.  The system is originally designed for PM at a facility. We are using it for both PM and Reactive; and at this point we have WAY more reactive.
There were some intial modifications we had to do w/Maintain X to get over this small hump and they did a great job getting it us squared away.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've gone from 4-5 different spreadsheets, calendars and systems to now 2 to run our service department.  It's been a tremendous aid with scheduling, making procedures, achiving manuals for machines.  It's been a great asset in the few months that we've been using it.

I'm looking forward to really unleashing the potential we can have with this platform in 2026 to grow our service department!

Since we switched to MaintainX, we've managed to do away with paper work orders entirely, which has really helped us streamline our maintenance operations and keep comprehensive records for all our equipment. The platform's reporting features have also made it much simpler to present data and visuals when we're seeking approval for new equipment purchases. Additionally, the recent advancements in AI integration are quite impressive. Our account representative Ira, has been outstanding throughout our transition to the platform, making the process much smoother.

In my opinion, the only potential drawback we face is related to the technological learning curve experienced by some of our longer-tenured staff members. However, this issue is not connected to MaintainX itself.

The whole system is very user-friendly. I’m amazed at how quickly we’re able to get new technicians up to speed on work orders. The built-in MaintainX Academy trainings really help expedite that process.  The account managers and support staff do I great job helps us.

Sorting doesn’t always work unless I’m entering exactly the same text. The delay between the mobile app and the desktop version is sometimes frustrating. There are so many reports available, and it would be helpful to have a tutorial that highlights the key reports to help me get started.

MaintainX helps us search for and monitor spare parts across several facilities. It also makes it easier to share procedures between sites that use the same equipment. MaintainX is VERY user friendly! You don't need to be a rocket scientist to understand how to use MaintainX, it is very intuitive to use.
It took a very short time for us to implement and get going.

The only downside, for me, is the fact that there is no long term visual for workorders on the calendar. I would like to see a workorder show visually (like a diminishing "bar" for as long as the W.O. is open, until it's due date.)
Say, the workorder is a month long. From the start date to the due date, there would be a bar that diminishes and maybe changes color as you get closer to the due date.

We had NO workorder management system in place before MaintainX, so this is a HUGE upgrade for us.

MaintainX has been a essential minute by minute tool for managing our multi-location operations, and I want to highlight how great and supportive Tommaso Rivetti has been throughout the entire process. He's shown me so many cooler features and hacks to help me manage my 50+ site flow.

They are on the go and need to access information on the fly.  The program is user friendly and we were running it live in no time.  With their great support team, we were able to bulk upload records and information with little to no manual entry.  Highly recommend!

I can't think of anything I dislike about MaintainX.  There are many features that we have not taken advantage of yet.  I look forward to implementing more features!!

What I like best about MaintainX is the flexibility in implementation. Frequent updates can often be intimidating for a software product staff use every day. However, the frequent updates the MaintainX team commits make noticeable improvements to data connections and ease of use. Concerns are heard and taken seriously.

I dislike the inability to modify the work order workflow without an enterprise plan, the fact that comments are not exportable or searchable, and the calendar view that organizes work orders by due date, rather than start date.

I would say that MaintainX is extremely user-friendly, regardless of your previous experience with other CMMS systems. One of the biggest advantages is having it available across all devices - phone, tablet, or laptop. The ability to access it online through a web page adds great flexibility, allowing you to retrieve information without any obstacles. Another major benefit is real-time tracking. Seeing live data with timestamps and updates provides full visibility into work orders and assets, which is a game-changer for managing operations.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

Honestly, I don’t have any negatives to share. The only note is that some features were not available at launch, but the team is very open to feedback and actively develops new functionality based on user requests.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From an implementation perspective, MaintainX has allowed us to standardize procedures and work orders across all 40 sites, ensuring consistency throughout the network. The reporting tools are excellent - giving us access to metrics like time utilization, MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and PM vs RM across all locations. This visibility helps us identify areas that need improvement and take corrective action.
Inventory management is another strong point. Being able to view parts availability across facilities and easily request transfers is incredibly useful. For daily operations, I can create work orders with priority levels (high, medium, low), track them, and monitor workload views to see labor utilization by technician or schedule compliance by day, week, or month.

My favorite thing so far is the user-friendly interface is simple enough for all of my associates, no matter the computer skill level, are able to figure it out. It's easy to make expectations clear and keep people accountable for their work. Everyone was hesitant of implementing a new system, but I have received primarily positive feedback so far.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

I wish the reporting features were more tailored to our current KPIs. We have the ability to modify KPIs to match the current capabilities, but it would have made the transition to a new system much easier if it were 1:1.

I recently came to a new department and have structured the PM program from the ground up. It wouldn't have been possible without MaintainX templates. Now that the structure is set, I'm able to focus on improvements and ensuring that all areas of my new department have equal visability.

**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

It's super easy to teach how to use. It also is a great system for digital inventory tracking and verification.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

I don't have many complaints about it. I believe that when we first started using it our assistants with MaintainX really helped us dial everything in.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to keep track of customer orders by photographs. This has allowed us to charge properly for L&D and verify that items went out correctly. Also helps us keep track of our fleet and multiple US locations.

the process is well thought through and the updates are consistent. The UI is elegant and this give a great overall experience and meets our needs well

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

Its geocentric. IE most of the forums and online classes etc are based around US times - the rest of the world is out here

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage a huge workload of maintenance requests and MX keeps us organised. Its also invaluable for history so we can see what the life of an asset has been.

**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

The feature I find most useful in MaintainX is the ability to perform cycle counts. This allows us to set how often we want to conduct inventory checks and make adjustments based on what we actually have in stock. I also appreciate that we can link purchase orders to work orders and update comments whenever necessary.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

One thing I find frustrating about MaintainX is that after a purchase order has been fulfilled, I can't update the price of an item unless I first mark the purchase order as unfulfilled. Only then does the system allow me to change the price, after which I have to fulfill the purchase order again. This process bothers me because it gives the impression that the part was removed from inventory and then added back, making it feel as though the part is temporarily unaccounted for.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We really needed a feature to help us manage inventory, and the addition of the cycle count feature has made my job much easier and faster. It definitely benefits us as clerks by allowing us to keep better track of the parts we have on hand.

I love the endless possibilities of customizing the platform to fit your company needs. I feel that this program was made just for our business!

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

I wish that we were able to integrate our Vorne board system into MaintainX without the Enterprise package. This would be very helpful as we use this on almost every asset.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MaintainX has taken several of my issues that I have had in the past and fixed almost immediately. My biggest problem solved was in the reporting, the "overdue" work orders still showing in the "overdue" report even if complete.

MaintainX is extremely easy to understand and navigate - unlike legacy EAP systems with EAM modules added.   I

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

There is very little about MaintainX to dislike.  If  I am being critical, there are just some minor "logistic" issues within the software, like not being able to add custom fields to a request portal without those fields also being added to work order entry.  However, the MaintainX team is very responsive and constantly driving evolution of the system.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Baseline data for asset health, and the ability to build data for cost-prohibition, notes to refer to for the last time we encountered a similar issue.

**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

I can keep tasks for various machines organized and scheduled or I can rely on completed workorders as reference for new issues.  It makes communicating between 4 crews easier. Can also use short videos, pictures, schematics or other relevant files. I no longer have to store paper copies for 7 years. I often use the "convert to PDF" feature if another department needs review completed work and I like that every action and update is timestamped for transparency.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

I'd like to see a visual mapping function. It can be difficult to describe where a specific issue is without referring to other machines, some of which the user may be unfamiliar with in a large facility. This could be immensely useful for fire suppression systems, task lighting audits or property damage reports.

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a few keystrokes I can see every workorder associated with an asset. No filing, no printing, no long term physical storage.

One of the things that I appreciate about the app is how easy it is to use and how use friendly the UI is.

The overall experience from starting a work order to completing is very efficient. You can modify this application to work easier for your own business.

The onboarding process was easy, quick, and very informative.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

I do not have many complaints about the application other than the ability to customize the appearance/final PDF of work orders.

We would like to make them look more like what we have right now.

Delegating and keeping track of work.

**What do you like best about MaintainX?**

Very good introduction to the system to help us make an informed decision on which system to go with.
The installation team was very helpful with assisting us on building the work sheets and uploading all our PM's . Our account rep is very good at answering our questions in a timely fashion. The training modules are outstanding.

**What do you dislike about MaintainX?**

At this time , we haven't any major concerns as we are still  going through the learning curve with the plant rollout

**What problems is MaintainX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system has allowed us to document all work orders and requests . No more verbal requests is accepted. It must be a documented request.  All our PM's are in one place to easily retrieve by asset.  We can also start to track types of work orders and completions as well as costs.
