**What do you like best about MailMergic?**

The user experience for uploading and getting result is satisfactory, instructions are clear at each steps and all required options to customise at any moment.

**What do you dislike about MailMergic?**

As it works with pdfs file so it cant do mail merge directly with text which means your comma(,) is not going to automatically shift according to width of text

**What problems is MailMergic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traditional methods are time consuming and complex, it makes it easier to set template once and reuse multiple times or create new templates, and manage all previous templates at one dashboard or reuse them or re download. It just makes it easier each thing
