From what I&#39;ve seen while analyzing the category, reliability in the field usually comes down to everything around the content rather than the content itself. Keeping a  headset fleet managed, holding a connection in dead zones, and how fast the vendor responds when a device drops mid-task. 

Your point about one of these being a device management platform rather than a training tool is the tell, because that layer is often what determines whether techs can actually use the training day to day. The strongest authoring tool still stalls if the hardware side isn&#39;t supported once people are spread across sites, which is why fleet management and support responsiveness tend to weigh as heavily as scenario quality.
