Mailchimp’s intuitive email builder makes it easy to create polished, professional communications without needing graphic design experience. The platform is highly user-friendly, with a minimal learning curve that makes getting started quick and approachable for new users. I also appreciate the wide range of third-party integrations available. In addition to working seamlessly with other products in the Intuit ecosystem, it integrates with OnePageCRM, which has helped us keep our client list organized and up to date. As a small business, the pricing is another major advantage. It is affordable at the entry level while still offering room to scale as your needs and budget grow over time. I understand that’s how business works—if you want more, you usually have to pay more—but I really wish optimized send time were available at the lowest tier. I also feel that unless you’re paying for the highest tier, support is lacking. One of the third-party platforms we use removed the ability to send mass emails, and we also felt it looked incredibly unprofessional to send bulk messages from a personal address. From a pricing/ROI standpoint, it provides excellent value for the functionality offered. The assistance and onboarding process is straightforward, particularly for new users.
