**What do you like best about Magnetar?**

No job is too small or too big. We are able to use Magnetar as our own in-house development/support resource that we can flex to accomodate minor changes or large build projects.

**What do you dislike about Magnetar?**

Nonthing that comes to mind at the moment.

**What problems is Magnetar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lewis and Raf, along with their fantastic team are the perfect external/in-house IT solution. As a growing business we constantly balance the scaling need for IT and development resource with tight budgets. Magnetar have been with us from the early introduction to our first CRM system all the way through IT support and bespoke software development. Whenever I reach out they are always there and ready to help. For any businesses who are looking for any of the IT services that they offer I can wholeheartedly recommend the team, for their quality and service.

We are a new business and had no CRM in place so the team at Magnetar set us up and really helped us to integrate and use the system with our business.  The team at Magnetar have really helped me integrate Zoho for our business and supported us through the process

**What do you like best about Magnetar?**

We are able to call on them whenever we need support and they are always there to help.

They have been excellent  and we would recommend them

If you are looking for digital support with systems in your business then Magnetar will support you with the best options and understand how to integrate this so that you can run the business seamlessly

The team at Magnetar introduced us to and implemented for us the wonderful automation and systems that our CRM system can offer -saving us both time and any hassle daily.

They are always on the end of the phone if we have any questions and can even remotely connect or visit the site if we need their assistance.

**What do you like best about Magnetar?**

Quick responses and non-techy language - easy to understand!

**What do you dislike about Magnetar?**

Nothing, at this moment we cant fault them.

From ad-hock to complete IT services Magnetar have proven they can handle all IT needs in a quick, efficient manner with consistent and easily understood communication (No IT mumba jumbo)! The team are always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions and have even sent us doughnuts - a highly recommended provider. We regularly recommend Magnetar to our clients.

**What problems is Magnetar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sequencing & syncing Hubspot & Calendly - saved us time on tasks we would previously do manually. Better customer journey.

**What do you like best about Magnetar?**

They have a portal for us to use to make requests and log issues leading to a quick response.

**What do you dislike about Magnetar?**

At the very start communication wasn't always there but now this has been resolved so no complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering Magnetar:**

Ensure you provide a clear process of what you require the software todo

**What problems is Magnetar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Magnetar is currently building our new internal CRM.
The benefit of this new CRM compared to the old one is:
Operatives can now notify us of completed jobs & submit invoices through this solution compared to excel documents
Transparency with operatives 
Audit log allows us to see who made changes and when
Restricting functions to certain users
And so much more.

**Describe the project or task Magnetar helped with:**

I was struggling with my old laptop and its speed. Rob took the time to understand what I needed from a laptop and then when I wanted to throw it out of the window, let me know it was in place and I could collect it later! 

He then asked why I was using google & Microsoft and not just Microsoft. I'm now using Microsoft for business, with a seamless move between the two and ongoing support moving forward. 

I am really glad I was introduced to Magentar at a networking event and really recommend them to other business owners.

**What do you like best about Magnetar?**

The team are great, they took the time to understand what I was using and how - so several chrome tabs, plus outlook, word, excel etc. 

I didn't look at other support providers based on my initial conversations

**What do you dislike about Magnetar?**

I've not found anything yet!

I'm happy with a working laptop that suits my needs, and I'm sure they will help with any future issues.

**What problems is Magnetar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits - move to Microsoft business packages so means my systems are easier to work with. My laptop can now cope with the amount of stuff I have open/working on and I don't have to turn everything off to do a zoom call!

Magnatar developed and implemented an integrated solution to help us manage our day-to-day delivery of work with clients. In addition, they developed a suite of dashboards to enable our leadership team to have better visibility of business metrics.

**What do you like best about Magnetar?**

They listened to our needs, were timely in delivery and communicated thoroughly. Click Up is the main tool, along with Panda Doc, Hubspot and Data Box.

**What do you dislike about Magnetar?**

We have had issues with communication in the past (not on this project); all our concerns were listened to and corrected and this is no longer an issue.

**What problems is Magnetar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are more efficient in our delivery of work with clients. Our leadership team are more informed on activity across the business.

Magnetar look after all of EES Solutions IT requirements and provide a company-wide help desk.

**What do you like best about Magnetar?**

They provide our IT infrastructure and have recently helped us to migrate from Google to Office 365 without issue.   The IT helpdesk is extremely responsive to our needs and has helped oversee some urgent needs very professionally.

**What do you dislike about Magnetar?**

As yet we haven't experienced anything we dislike.

The key reason we brought Magnetar onboard was ensure that we maintain a secure and professional IT service for the business and our employees,  This is exactly what they have provided.

Our small business has grown quickly in a short space of time, we have had a lot of new starters in the past few weeks, Magnetar have met every single enquiry/need we have had, whether it comes to IT equipment or any other issue that has arisen.

**What do you like best about Magnetar?**

Magnetar has a great response time. We have bombarded them with many questions and enquiries in the past few weeks, each email is responded to promptly and in a friendly manner. They are always willing to help with any query we have no matter the complexity.

**What do you dislike about Magnetar?**

There have been a few issues with the timing of delivery of equipment, but they have always communicated this to us and the issue has been resolved the same day, efficiently and again in a friendly and helpful manner.

We want to reach and inform our clients as best as we can and Magnetar have been great at looking behind the scenes to help us improve our communication.

Magnetar helped the Lets Run Social team with its ISO27001 accreditation, which was vital for a pitch we had just won for a multi-national blu chip. Without the Magnetar team, I would very much doubt we would get it over the line and very much recommend anyone looking for IT Support to speak with Magnetar.

Speed and honesty were the two attributes that made Magnetar win our busienss.

**What do you dislike about Magnetar?**

Nothing at all, the entire process was slick and enjoyable.

**What problems is Magnetar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Parts of the ISO27001 accreditation was the problem I went to Magnetar with, of which they, of course, came back with solutions.

The Pack Smart Group outsourced all IT infrastructure, hardware and software management to Magentar in a phased approach in a process that facilitated our bespoke/specific requirements to be incorporated. As a business we now have our day to day IT management completely outsourced, stable, reliable yet Magentar remain flexible to support us as a growing business.

**What do you like best about Magnetar?**

Magentar helped in delivering the outsourced solution we required - moving from one of the business owners' tasks/responsibilities was key to free up time to grow the business yet uptime and reliability being critical given the nature of our business. A seamless handover experienced and can be attributed to the careful planning, phased approach and instant on-hand support in the early days.

**What do you dislike about Magnetar?**

One area that would further improve the offering is for Magnetar to gain a fuller understanding of the business, its processes and where IT becomes critical - this could be used to formulate areas to "watch" when making future changes and avoid any risk of complications.

**What problems is Magnetar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing experts (Magentar) to manage the whole of IT freeing up valuable resources internally to focus on our business, its internal processes and growth. Magnetar have also implemented systems that help us manage documentation control and availability.

What can I say? These guys are brilliant. They are so responsive and understand that we rely so much on our IT that problems need sorting quickly, and that's what they do. They are just on it. They are that good we have signed up for them to be our IT support. They are so knowledgeable, and they just want to help all the time. 

We had new software that needed to integrate with other software. Lewis and the team went behind the scenes and got it all working. It just takes all the pressure off us to try and find a solution.

They also set up all the email address for the company, Google Drive, backups, and any issues with other software that we have introduced into the business.

They are a part of our business; we would not be without them. I would recommend Magnetar to anyone.

I love the responsiveness and can-do attitude from Magnetar.

I do not dislike anything from Magnetar.

We are a small company that is driven by data, and Magnetar helped us manage our passwords securely and created virtual vaults for everyone within a week's time.

**What do you like best about Magnetar?**

They had really fast responses to questions and talking to them was a great experience. The onboarding process was quick and easy as well, which made life a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about Magnetar?**

There were some communication delays as we were communicating via email. But it was no big issue as we eventually set up everything properly with minimal effort

**What problems is Magnetar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Magnatar solved our hectic spreadsheet situation by setting up virtual security vaults on 1password to help us better handle our data and information.

**What do you like best about Magnetar?**

Lewis is an automation God! He linked up systems we had so robots talked to robots and left the humans to go about growing the business. 

But he also listened. Yeah that.  Lewis listened and then asked poignant questions about our replies. He tried to understand our business and our current and future software use. 

The result is an automated pipeline, captured leads and conversations and a far simpler process for the team.

Link up your sh*t. Ask Lewis. It saves time and makes you money. I can't say simpler than that!

Do I have to put something here? I do? Ok. Nothing.

Nothing seems too much trouble for the team at Magnetar and they are quick to respond to requests for help even when they have given little notice.  They are also very friendly and great guys to work with.

Nothing as yet. Everything has been great so far.

Not only do Magnetar support us with ongoing and everyday IT issues but they are great at looking at alternative ways of doing things - we will be working with them on an automation project soon.
