As a growing business we constantly balance the scaling need for IT and development resource with tight budgets. Magnetar have been with us from the early introduction to our first CRM system all the way through IT support and bespoke software development. Whenever I reach out they are always there and ready to help. The benefit of this new CRM compared to the old one is: Operatives can now notify us of completed jobs & submit invoices through this solution compared to excel documents Transparency with operatives Audit log allows us to see who made changes and when Restricting functions to certain users And so much more. Rob took the time to understand what I needed from a laptop and then when I wanted to throw it out of the window, let me know it was in place and I could collect it later! He then asked why I was using google & Microsoft and not just Microsoft. I'm now using Microsoft for business, with a seamless move between the two and ongoing support moving forward. Without the Magnetar team, I would very much doubt we would get it over the line and very much recommend anyone looking for IT Support to speak with Magnetar.
