Having visibility into pipeline movements and upsell opportunities has been a breeze with Luru. It's like having my own little command center within Slack. From deal movements to discovering new upsell opportunites, all the important alerts are right there when I need them. It’s a real step forward.

**What do you dislike about Luru AI SDR?**

Well, not so much a gripe, but more a suggestion for further improvement. Since Luru is already doing such a great job integrating meetings and emails, it would be fantastic if it could also auto-fill data wherever possible. I see this as an opportunity to save more time and improve efficiency.

**What problems is Luru AI SDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a founder, Luru  provides the kind of insight into our sales activities I didn’t know was possible. It’s helped me to act quickly on opportunities, keep a close eye on pipeline shifts, and anticipate potential issues well in advance. Luru has really changed the way we handle our sales process. Being able to manage everything directly from Slack has kept our team on their toes and moving swiftly. It's like Slack has evolved from just a communication tool to a command center where we can get everything done. No need to navigate away or lose time switching between applications. It's all there in our Slack channels.

We ran into a couple of issues initially during the setup and onboarding. But I have to give it to their support team, they're always on the ball. Whenever we've encountered an issue, they've been quick to jump in and get it fixed.

Luru is making our day-to-day tasks like logging calls, updating contacts, or adding new ones a whole lot more efficient. Doing all this from Slack is way more convenient than having to do it in Salesforce. It's saved us a lot of time, and that's time we can invest back into selling. It's streamlined, efficient, and makes our workflow feel seamless. A great tool for any sales team wanting to amp up their productivity.

Luru has enhanced our HubSpot-Slack integration considerably. Although HubSpot does have its own connector, updating the CRM directly from Slack notifications is a unique functionality that Luru brings. Additionally, Luru’s detailed notifications for meetings and emails ensure that we never miss an update or task.

A potential area for enhancement would be the ability to create and update tasks directly from Slack. Luru is doing quite well, but integrating this feature could further enhance its effectiveness.

Luru seamlessly connects our CRM and communication platforms, a connection we didn't know could be this efficient. The feature to update HubSpot directly from Slack is a considerable timesaver. In terms of utility, Luru performs its tasks very well. It assists us in maintaining Salesforce hygiene by delivering timed notifications on Slack. It's an effective method of keeping the leadership team updated about opportunities progressing in the pipeline, closed deals, and missed ones. Their team constantly participates in brainstorming sessions to help with ideas regarding Salesforce hygiene.

From my observation over the past six months, there are no significant negatives that stand out concerning Luru. The Salesforce hygiene, in particular, has shown marked improvement.

Luru is addressing our need for better Salesforce hygiene with its timed notifications to our representatives. It saves time from having to constantly extract answers from our reps. The system works and the functionality is evident. Seeing the operation run smoothly with Luru is a beneficial aspect of our current setup.

- As a founder and salesperson, Luru is my favorite productivity and note-taker app. I take a LOT of notes and the CRM auto-sync functionality fits my needs perfectly. Basically sales notes on steroids.
- During customer calls I take down my sales notes right inside the Zoom and Google Meet meeting windows. How cool!
- I can also pull up the notes and jot down updates basically from anywhere - from email, Linkedin, calendar, etc.,
- The best part? The notes are auto-synced to HubSpot tasks and fields. I don’t have to worry about setting time aside to update later. Huge time saver!
- I also love their Sidekick feature. It’s literally what the name says - CRM by your side on every web page.

**What do you dislike about Luru AI SDR?**

Nothing as of now. I learned that they’re building AI capabilities inside the notetaker as well. Looking forward

1. Productivity: I easily save about 30 minutes every day in updating HubSpot.

2. Quantity of data and loss of information: Sometimes I forget what was discussed during the call because my notes are all over the place. Sometimes on the Mac Notes app, sometimes in my notebook. I basically stopped taking physical notes after starting to use Luru.

It's like having your very own Alfred, ensuring you have all the crucial details at your fingertips.

Unfortunately, a mobile app version is not currently available for them, and I truly believe that having the ability to access all the fantastic features Luru provides on our phones would be incredibly helpful. However, they do offer a convenient alternative by allowing us to utilize their features through Slack.

The Luru app effectively resolves all my data-related concerns. It's so seamless that I sometimes forget about our CRM and solely rely on Luru, as it effortlessly syncs all the data directly with our CRM.

It's straight up integrated with my CRM so all the notes were in sync with my leads/deals. Plus I can access the notes easily from calendar as well. The templates available are super useful and often help me guide the conversation over the call.

Perhaps...and this might be a long shot, but Luru can evolve into a recording tool as well?
There are recording tools that also have notetaking features but none of them are as well integrated with CRM and calendar as Luru!

Simultaneuous notetaking used to happedn on notion/personal discord server or apple notes. Then I had to hunt for them for each lead/deal. Luru makes that sync easy.

1. Sidekick has been my favorite feature. Ctrl+J and Luru just brings HubSpot to where I work. 

2. I hate it when HubSpot logs me out every 30 minutes. Thanks to Luru I don’t have to login to HubSpot as often.
 
3. Pipeline is another notable feature that lets me bulk update all my records in one shot.

Some AI features inside Luru can make me even more productive. Looks like they’re building it now. Can’t wait to see what comes up.

1. Productivity: I used to spend 1 hour every day updating HubSpot.  Thanks to Luru I save at least 30 mins in updating my CRM. That’s huge!
2. Ease: HubSpot adds a lot of friction in using it. But with Luru all that is thrown out of the window.

Luru seamlessly integrates Salesforce into Gmeet, and apps where I work. Instead of bouncing around different platforms, Salesforce is now right where I work. Updating Sales notes, records, tracking deals, all without ever leaving my conversation, meeting or browser tab.

Haven't found any major issues yet. Everything's been running smoothly for me.

Luru eradicates the hassle of switching between tools. Luru's doing a great job connecting HubSpot and Slack for us. The workflow customization options are really handy, and the ability to update HubSpot directly from Slack alerts is a time-saver. We also love the Zoom note-taker from where our team updates Hubspot directly.

Nothing so far. Its been so far so good.

It's mainly about saving time and simplifying the workflow. Luru has cut down on manual follow-ups with my team to updates notes and properties. Aside, I’ve automated a lot of deal “health” related processes because of which there is better cadence maintained with customers.

It's really easy to use. Took me 5 mins to set it up. But it still isn't very limiting in what it can help you do. I can set up automations, new scripts and templates in it whenever I want to and it'll improve our sales ops even further.

There has never been a case where the data didn't get sent ro the CRM, but a status notification that the data has been sent to the CRM will still be great.

Since we still do founder led sales, it's really hard to find time to follow a comprehensive sales process properly. So there was a lot of data that we'd like to have in the CRM but don't.

The Salesforce and Microsoft Teams connector is smooth. Getting updates in Teams is convenient and updating Salesforce from within Teams is a solid feature.

Haven't come across anything major so far. The tool's been doing what it's supposed to do.

Luru helps me stay updated on our sales progress. No more end-of-quarter surprises. I know what's happening and where we need to focus. The added convenience of updating Salesforce without leaving Teams saves a bunch of time. So far, it's been a good experience.

The Email Workflows have become my favorite feature. Automating and tracking email responses between our team and clients is a breeze now. It's like having an extra pair of hands helping us meet our deadlines.

Well, it's not a complaint, more of a suggestion. I think the process of exploring the capabilities of workflows could be made simpler. We stumbled upon a really useful setup, but only after a chat with their support team. It'd be nice to discover these features more intuitively.

Since we mostly deal with inbound signups, timely response from our sales reps is crucial. With Luru's Email Workflows, we've significantly improved our Turnaround Time (TAT). It's a lot less stress and our leads aren't kept waiting.

Luru is a blessing for Sales Teams and Salesforce Business  Analysts alike!
Updating the Discovery call, Meeting notes is always a pain, Luru makes it truly frictionless!

As someone who has Implemented Salesforce in multiple Sales Organizations with customizations of multiple variations for capturing Discovery call fields, Meeting notes, Playbooks etc., Luru eliminates the need to spend even a minute on those Customizations, a blessing for  BA and Sales Leaders! Luru helps to build those Playbooks, Meeting Notes Format and Slack automation in a go!

It does what is promised, can't think of anything as of now.

**What do you like best about Luru AI SDR?**

I love Luru  note taker and the hot key feature.  I take notes, a lot of notes. I like to keep everything about an account well-documented. Prior to Luru, I used to keep these notes scattered across my notebook and Google docs. I had to copy them to Hubspot before handing over the account to the CS team. Luru has made it very simple for me to take notes that sync to Hubspot.

The auto template suggester sometimes abruptly loads up while I’m typing giving a jarring experience. I absolutely like the auto-linking and suggestions, but this abrupt pop-up is a bad experience

**What problems is Luru AI SDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Luru helps me keep my notes synced and organized. I also can access my CRM fields from the notes which is a big plus.  Thanks to their embedded note-taker,  during meetings, I don't need to keep switching from my Zoom window to my notes app.

Has been my favorite note-taker app. I can easily take down my Sales notes inside the Zoom and Google Meet meeting windows.  The best part is that these sales notes are synced to Salesforce fields, notes, and tasks! And all my notes are sorted in one place inside Luru

Some additional analytics so I dont have to look for reports in SFDC

**What do you like best about Luru AI SDR?**

I love how Luru has embedded itself in various tools and sales touchpoints I use throughout my day. 

My favourite is the embedded note-taker which comes up in my Google Meet and Zoom meetings; earlier, I took notes in a separate note-taker app and manually copied to SFDC, but now it is just seamless. 

Another feature I love is taking pre-meeting notes using their Cmd-J shortcut on whichever page I am in (mostly, I'm on Linkedin). It feels like magic when these research notes automatically show up wnen I have a meeting with that contact

**What do you dislike about Luru AI SDR?**

I wish Luru had a Gmail plugin as well; many times when sending emails I wish I had my SFDC data, notes and action-items handy.
Support for custom objects is also something I am awaiting

tbh I didn't know these were problems per-se before starting to use Luru. But post trying it out, I see how seamless things should really be. My productivity has shot up since I don't have to waste time dealing with SFDC directly or doing multiple switches; information is available to me when I need it; lesser clicks and frustration overall.

Sidekick is the most helpful feature for me. I can bring up Luru from any Chrome page, and it helps me quickly search and access Salesforce.  Without the extension, I will have to open and search through Salesforce and update the record with so many clicks.

**What do you dislike about Luru AI SDR?**

When I log notes, there must be an option to log activity. I cannot use the sync feature because this option does not exist.

**What problems is Luru AI SDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Luru for two use cases - to review the pipeline and update Salesforce. I wish we could also use it for marking log notes as an activity. I’m told it will be available soon, I will wait for it.

**What do you like best about Luru AI SDR?**

One of the biggest concerns that I have had is to capture meeting notes from every customer meeting. Given that I am from marketing, these meeting notes that my SDR team collects becomes extremely crucial for qualifying the lead which then is accepted by the sales team. Firstly templatising the meeting notes and then getting it updated on the sales CRM was a huge task as it was a tedious process. Luru exactly helped solve this problem for us.

The Luru plug-ins on multiple meeting applications (gmeet, zoom, etc) have been extremely useful in capturing meeting notes in a structured (pre-defined) format in one place. Most importantly it also automatically syncs with my sales CRM (Salesforce) within the respective fields. This has also helped structure my SDRs pitch to the prospects.

It would be great if the Luru app can also help in updating processes on my Sales CRMs. For example creating a new deal or updating an existing deal on my sales CRM  based on the meeting notes. It would also be helpful if useful prospect insights can be populated on the plug-in during the meeting (which can be picked up from the sales CRM based on the contacts present in the meeting). 

These will definitely be a huge value add for my sales and SDR teams.

As mentioned earlier Luru is helping me solve the below problems -
- Easy updation of the meeting notes on to my sales CRMs
- Various templates on the plug-in helps curate my sales and SDR person's pitch to the prospect
- The automatic CRM sync reduces the per meeting time and therefore increases the average meeting velocity of my SDR and therefore better conversion rates (lead to SQLs). The same can be said for sales teams.

**What do you like best about Luru AI SDR?**

The most helpful feature in Luru has been the ability to use Playbooks during meetings. I love how Luru loads up  my previous notes and links my notes to the right opportunity by itself. 
One other feature I love is the Pipeline view. What used to take me an hour easily every week is now done in less than 10 minutes. The ability to update Salesforce like a spreadsheet is a Godsend!

Sometimes the record view takes a little while to load when I type CMD J from any tab. Nothing else as such, since  using Luru my productivity has only improved  10X

Updating Salesforce was extremely painful. I used to spend well over an hour every week to update Saleforce before my review meetings. With Luru it is a breeze. I now do not need to copy over notes from my notebook to Salesforce. I take them directly from with Zoom and it gets stored in Salesforce

Love the pipeline views and the spreadsheet-like interface to update pipelines. It is super fast. I do not login to salesforce at all to run my review meetings and these meetings have become must shorter. I can create multiple views for different scenarios and it helps me get a good view of my quarterly pipeline

I have been using this only for a month and there is nothing to complain about for now. One improvement I would love is supporting aggregation functions on columns

Keeping my pipeline updated used to be tiresome and time-consuming and most of my 1:1 meetings would go in getting the pipeline updated. Luru has been a great time saver and helped me with easy visibility into my team’s pipeline

**What do you like best about Luru AI SDR?**

The most helpful thing is that create notes on the go from anywhere since Luru is present in almost all the places like Google meet, Chrome browser... And you can create tasks in CRM from the notes section itself. How cool is that!

Another helpful feature is the workflow. You can code without coding using workflow, and you can schedule it at a given interval or after another action :)

Nothing to dislike about Luru. There can be more integrations to other tools.

I absolutely love how Luru has taken away the pain of updating Salesforce. If you like me spend a lot of time on Salesforce you would know how slow and tiring it is to update Salesforce. Luru has just simplified the interface so much that it’s surprisingly so easy to update now. I now login directly to salesforce very rarely.

There are some workflows for which I need to login into Salesforce - like approvals. It would be great if Luru could support handling approvals
