Basically sales notes on steroids. - During customer calls I take down my sales notes right inside the Zoom and Google Meet meeting windows. How cool! - I can also pull up the notes and jot down updates basically from anywhere - from email, Linkedin, calendar, etc., - The best part? The notes are auto-synced to HubSpot tasks and fields. I don’t have to worry about setting time aside to update later. Huge time saver! - I also love their Sidekick feature. It’s literally what the name says - CRM by your side on every web page.
