It doesn't necessarily work for all the functions of our business. Admittedly, the business is quite complex. We have multiple inventory management systems, as we have different types of term orders. I feel like Luminous is not super user friendly for complex systems, because it requires all the fields to be perfect before it will allow you to progress - but it doesn't give you a clear error message if you missed something. What we love is how easy it is to onboard different clients and tailor the platform to their workflows — whether it's inventory tracking, order routing, or financial reporting. It’s flexible enough for smaller teams but powerful enough for brands doing 7–8 figures. Plus, their support team works closely with us to troubleshoot quickly and offer customizations when needed. There’s a bit of a learning curve in the beginning if you're coming from something super basic or spreadsheet-based but so minimal. Recently, I've had the pleasure of using Luminous's inventory management software which has exceeded all my expectations. I'm a new brand owner, managing inventory across numerous warehouses, and scouted other systems before arriving to Luminous. They were flexible and modeled their services to the needs of my company, not visa versa. I would highly recommend it.

The account management capabilities are top-notch. Setting up and maintaining inventory was seamless because of the hands-on treatment of the Luminous team (Taylor is awesome!), making the whole process incredibly efficient and stress-free.

We love how available the Luminous team has been for training and implementation. Josh has been very responsive and has helped us troubleshoot and resolve all our issues so far. Luminous offers a wide variety of ERP-like features allowing companies to get truly organized and utilize insights to turn more strategic. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Luminous and their team. Josh was able to fly out to Oklahoma and spend an entire day with our team to learn everything about our company. We have certainly not provided them with a very easy transition to start tracking our inventory because our business has so many different variables that can certainly be challenging, but it has not stopped them from creating an inventory tracking system that works perfectly for our business. Being able to track inventory is such a crucial aspect of running a business and they have made that happen for us! Josh is incredible and is always there with any questions that I might need. We started integrating to Luminous about 2 months ago and have not had any complaints this far. Our account is not currently tracking all of our inventory/sales yet due to them still working on some things. But, we do not expect to have any issues once we are fulling integrated. What is great about the Luminous' team is that if you do have an issue with something they are very eager to get that changed or updated for you. I like the availability of the team and the product features. We've historically cobbled together a bunch of spreadsheets, Shopify plugins, and other messes to do what Luminous can do in a single software suite. Now, let's be honest: we're still onboarding, but the experience so far has been excellent. A huge shoutout to Josh S. for his availability via phone and on-site.
