**What do you like best about Luminello?**

I think Luminello is really user-friendly. It is one of the easiest EMR's I've learned. Very easy to schedule clients, write notes, use templates, etc.

**What do you dislike about Luminello?**

It can be a little difficult to find documents (such as ROI's), so I think a search feature would greatly improve the EMR.

**What problems is Luminello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is where I store my client information and write notes on sessions. It is really user-friendly, so it was a breeze to get familiar with the system. I like that I can copy previous notes.

It would have been helpful to allow users to customize the calendar with more options (tags, filters, etc)
