# Which Cisco unified communications resellers combine migration expertise with training delivery for communications teams?

Hello G2 folks, we're looking at which Cisco unified communications resellers combine real migration expertise with training delivery for communications teams. The two often live in different vendors, and reviews are stronger on migration than on training, so I want to test that combination. What we're hoping to find:

Proven migration delivery without breaking existing service

Hands-on training that gets communications teams self-sufficient

One partner that does both rather than a handoff

And did the training make your team independent, or did you stay reliant on the partner?

There's an incentive question underneath "does one partner do both well" worth naming. A reseller whose engagement is structured as a one-time migration project has a built-in reason to treat training as a wrap-up formality, since a client that becomes genuinely self-sufficient is less likely to need paid follow-on support. A reseller running an ongoing managed-services relationship has the opposite incentive, training that actually sticks means fewer support tickets they have to staff for, which they want. So how the engagement itself is structured, project-based versus ongoing relationship, might predict training quality better than anything the reviews say directly about training, since it shapes whether thorough training is even in the partner's own interest.
