Lucrativ seemed like a very impressive CRM tool, which is why our company wanted to move forward with using their product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their terrible customer service and execution of closing us on their product was a long and drawn-out process. This took place over the Christmas holiday’s and we understood the delay in communication, but once the holidays were over, we were ghosted by their team and every attempt we made to reach out to them had been left on “read,” or gone straight to voicemail. To be honest I think they may have gone under? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
