The UI is excellent, easy to follow, sets up with logic in mind. Fast and efficient response time for help desk.

At this time, I do not have anything bad to say about the product. Simple integration, solid support throughout and works as promised.

I like the ability to manage many candidates and contacts in one place. Loxo makes it easy to keep track of people and follow them through the sourcing process.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

Some of the sourcing information is outdated, and the only contact information is work information. It would be helpful if the contact information was more relevant and accurate.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep track of a large number of contacts and candidates. It helps me to automate the contact process to eliminate the need for needless clicks and wasted time.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

Loxo is constantly adapting to user needs and industry needs. The changes made are timely, seamless and smart. Loxo is a modern recruiting tool that I am happy to use daily!

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

Really, there isn't a lot I would change. One niceity would be the ability to respond to text messages via email. Another would be to reject candidates with the click of a button.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sourcing, messaging, and categorizing candidates so that I can move through the day with clarity.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

The first thing that comes to mind as something I like the best is the very helpful chat feature. Loxo’s chat is client-focused, very responsive, and quick to respond. More than their customer success features, which include Youtube tutorials, Loxo itself is pretty simple to use. Our team includes 20 users and we have a large database of candidates to maintain, but Loxo helps us do it with ease. Loxo seamlessly documents each contact -- including every voice calls, texts and emails. On a marketing note, global email and text templates are very helpful and easy to format. HCI is in a unique niche and we needed custom CRM programming. Loxo accommodated us and continues to do so.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

Our team finds it difficult to quickly decipher which jobs are permanent and which are contract. That said, there are only a few clicks to find this information, but they would like to be able to tell at a glance.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's so easy to publish jobs to our website as well as having Loxo push our jobs to specific job boards, helping us make placements faster. Easy candidate and client engagement are also huge pluses.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

Loxo has been very easy to use with an amazing support system and it provides a great candidate sourcing tool, basically combines an ATS/CRM and ZoomInfo/DiscoverOrg type of data all into one.  You can literally have AI Automation help find the candidates and see their contact info with the click of a button.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

So far Loxo has been great and I really don't have any complaints, the support is amazing, they have extensive training for how to use and implement your own personal touches and it does everything I need an ATS/CRM to do and more.

**Recommendations to others considering Loxo:**

Do it!  You will not regret it, this is an amazing ATS/CRM platform from the future.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can find many more candidates based on a JD that I have posted which saves me time and money, I am also able to find the contact details for various candidates which also saves me time and money.  As a small business in the recruiting space, Loxo has been detrimental in helping me find and speak to top talent faster and more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

Loxo does everything you need. Moving candidates through the hiring process, documentation, and texting were features I used daily. Loxo stacks up against other platforms with their automated sourcing tools.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

The downside of Loxo Talent was the inability to easily track weekly revenue on existing placements. You can do it, but it's not intuitive and makes it difficult to access.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Loxo Talent Platform is a great way to track candidate progress while attaching them to current openings. Loxo allows you to share progress with your team members and clients easily.

Our firm transitioned to LOXO almost a year ago and have been very pleased with their customer service.  Their product is extremely user-friendly and they are constantly improving its functionality.  The onboarding process was a snap and the continuous training is truly helpful.  We highly recommend LOXO in every recruiting firm’s toolbox.

To date, we have not found anything that we dislike about the product.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

I love how user-friendly the Loxo platform is and how easy I was able to train my team on its functionality. The ability to integrate data directly from LinkedIn was a highly-valued feature for our projects. Loxo allowed us to stay organized and collaborate with clients effectively. Their support team is always timely in providing help!

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

There isn't anything specific I do not like about Loxo. There were rare instances when we wanted to run exports from Loxo Source and those took some time, but that is expected with large amounts of data.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team organization, clarity on the progression of job requisitions, and updating/collaborating with clients. Loxo also helps solve our sourcing needs. Sourcing is a game of large numbers, and Loxo's LinkedIn chrome extension and Loxo Source help tremendously.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

After working in recruitment for over 5 years, I've used about 4 - 5 different ATS platforms. From my experience, Loxo sits up there with the best options in the market. What Loxo does well is that it offers a well-designed user interface that isn't overcomplicated or overengineered. That was one of my main requirements when selecting an ATS system as I've often found that previous systems are unneccasirly overcomplicated. The pipeline is very customisable and can be altered to an agency's unique process flow. I also like how you're not required to create calendar events when moving candidates to interviews - some ATS systems require this and we prefer creating events on our calendar separately. Outreach is a great feature that we use very often for multiple use cases. It also removes the need for  third-party sales software - I don't think any other ATS competitors offer this feature. Reports are generally well-put-together and easy to interpret.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

There is nothing that I strongly dislike about Loxo. One feature that we don't use but pay for is Loxo Source. I think it's a great feature but the data is still getting there in terms of accuracy for our geography (Asia). I understand that the US is the primary focus market at the moment for this feature and Asia data will improve over time so maybe in the future, we will begin to use it more. Pricing is generally higher than competitors, but ultimately I think that's not an issue because we believe the value is worth it. Support is generally very good - given that we're based in Asia and support is over in the US, there are times where there is a slight delay (usually after a weekend) but generally no issues at all. We've never had any urgent requests as the platform has had 100% uptime during our usage.

At the heart of every recruitment business lies an ATS system that helps recruiters manage relationships. It's an essential product for us and has helped us to develop stronger relationships in the market through Loxo's technology.

Loxo's support team was the fastest, most responsive, and helpful team, I've ever worked with. The platform created a one stop shop for us as an ATS, outreach, and sourcing tool.

Loxo is the type of company who is continuously listening to customer feedback. I have no doubt as they grow and scale they will continue to create efficiencies and opportunities to impact their users in a positive way.

Loxo became our Go-To for all recruiting efforts. They simplified our lives and allowed us to remove several redundant tools that were outside of their platform.

As a small recruiting agency Loxo has saved us time and money combining ATS and CRM capabilities plus providing candidate sourcing. The AI Source and Outreach programs are excellent.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

There is nothing that we disliked about the platform.  If we have a technical question, customer service and training videos provide answers.  One enhancement that would be beneficial to a small agency is to split commissions with other Loxo users.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loxo was the best and easiest product that we tested.  Before Loxo, we used a legacy platform that was less intuitive when onboarding new users.  Loxo solved this issue by providing a user-friendly onboarding experience.

Loxo allows us to stay organized and collaborate directly with our clients. Their platform is easy to use, is shareable with clients and efficient. Their customer service team gets back to you quickly with options for customizations and custom fields. It's so easy to see what job orders you are working on allowing us to work on more jobs at a time.

I enjoy the feature-rich application, but my favorite part is the customer service and customer support team. They are very accessible, friendly, and helpful, which has made the experience of getting set up within the system much easier, and from my experience in working with different systems, that is generally the most difficult part.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

There isn't anything I particularly dislike. Some features work better than others, but I like them all, and those that aren't working as well seem to be worked on and improving.

With this platform and the outreach methods it offers, such as email and text messaging, I am able to reach a greater number of people more efficiently than I would within another system or if I were just cold-calling.

Loxo has excellent automation features for reaching out to both candidates and sales prospects with the campaign functionality.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

Loxo lacks a comprehensive dashboard that allows us to see the key recruiting activities in a given day. Our old platform (Avionte) had a great dashboard that showed all the candidates interviewing on a given day. With Loxo, we have found no way to make this possible.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we were always looking for ways to automate a lot of our follow-up to candidates. The campaign feature in Loxo has completely solved this issue for us. It allows our recruiters to focus on finding new candidates rather than manually following up with past candidates.

I love how you can source right from LinkedIn to their website. I also love how easy it is to find candidates on their platform.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

The system always has issues. Customer service is not that great either. You are not able to pull your data out once you enter it without it taking upwards of 48 hours to obtain.

**Recommendations to others considering Loxo:**

If you are using this to just keep track of your recruitment pipeline then this is for you. If you need a CRM as well this is not the product to choose.

Organizing our client and candidate database. Keeping track of all of the proposals on jobs we have out to clients.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

This platform is a lean, mean, business machine! The team starts off with phenomenal customer service. They were there for me. They took the time to answer my questions, the scheduling was fast, they had my back! The pricing allowed me to cut out about 5 other services from my budget. This allowed me to get a higher ROI on my investments.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

The thing I dislike is that some of their email and integrations require more advanced knowledge to get them set up the platform, but there are instructions that are provided and the challenge is not insurmountable.

**Recommendations to others considering Loxo:**

This product can be used for more than just Recruiting. If you are a business owner you can potentially use this for lead sourcing for other kinds of services and products. The Loxo platform is versatile and can fit a number of scenarios for the creative business person.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My sales/recruiting cadences for about 4 different businesses I have. I was able to combine all those separate services I was paying for into one. With Loxo I'll cut my expenses down to 25% of what I was paying before, for better, more efficient service and I know the Loxo team is there to support me the whole way.

I love Loxo. It is 100% the best recruiting software I have used and has completely changed how I work my desk. It has made me more efficient, helpful, and most of all, helped me fall back in love with recruiting again. Schedule a demo with the team at Loxo. They are all incredibly responsive and helpful. The product will sell itself.

It has helped me become more effective and operate at a higher capacity. I can reach out to multiple people at once, either through email, text, or voicemail drop. It's incredible. I can also easily add people to my database straight through Loxo and search for additional contact information.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

Update: Natalie is gone and we are now pushed to a team that is very slow and not as helpful or hands in as Natalie.

Old: The system is well structure for recruiters, most are not.  Lots is automated which is amazing.  Natalie is fantastic.  I have never worked with anyone at a vendor like her.  She rocks.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

Updates: Still the same and I’ll add that search function is pretty bad.

Great customer service that will help streamline and customize things whenever possible. They always respond promptly and seem to genuinely take our input for new ideas on items to roll out. They are frequently coming out with new updates to improve the site so I can tell they are dedicated to constant improvement. Loxo AI is also a great tool to help source new candidates. The Loxo Outreach campaigns are also a neat feature.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

There is still room for improvement. Biggest issue we found was little things with email formatting through Loxo, such as not having just a normal font size. They also have a long way to go in the fields/settings that could be customized. For example, we liked to use tasks as new business follow-up reminders, however it always defaulted to a screen that was not as organized as the layout we preferred to use. There was no way to set a preferred default, so each time we had to switch the view and re-sort the task.

**Recommendations to others considering Loxo:**

This is a solid ATS that is making great strides, quickly to become a must-have in the recruiting industry. You might need some creativity to figure out work arounds for a few things they are lacking, but I have no doubt in time they will develop the items you need into the platform.

This is a great way to streamline communication with the team and quickly source candidates for new jobs. We even started keeping track of the candidates that were found through Loxo AI and eventually got hired so we could realize the benefits of the AI search. It was very helpful to keep all our candidate notes in one place and keep track of new business leads so we wouldn't accidentally contact a lead someone else was working.

Loxo is very user friendly. The way the system is designed is brilliant. Loxo has everything you need on an applicant tracking system and more. I utilize Loxo to manage all of our candidate searches and the system has improved my candidate search 100%. I love that you are able to find candidates that have not applied to your job but have the background and experience that you are looking for. Loxo can help you find possible candidates and identify if they match your search criteria, the best thing is that this is all done automatically without much manual work.  Loxo's customer support is outstanding, it is very easy to get a hold of them and to get help when you need it.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

The system works best once you have built a large database of candidates. Even if you are just getting started with the system, it is very useful. I would recommend the system for businesses that need to hire at least 10 candidates per year. The system is very sophisticated, if something is not working, it is probably human error. The system does require a lot of attention to detail, an oversight or mistake can cause problems latter down the road.

If your company has a high volume of recruiting, I would highly recommend Loxo. Loxo will allow you to manage your candidates and to communicate with them an an efficient way. Loxo is so easy to learn, you will be able to start using the system right after watching or attending a couple of 1 hour training sessions.

The time that it takes to process candidates and to communicate with them is greatly reduced by using the texting, call and email platform in Loxo. I am able to identify the top candidates faster with Loxo. The system is very easy to learn and the training takes little effort. Loxo has a large library of training videos so you can always go back and look at topics that may interest you. The support agents are very friendly and helpful.

Candidate database keyword search doesn't work very well. My clients also did not like the interface of reviewing candidates that we submitted via Loxo so we still have to use gmail. Its not providing  much value terms streamlining processes. It's basically a warehouse for our resumes until we migrate out. Its also not a good CRM for tracking BD. its does a sub-par job at being an ATS and truly just a place for your resumes. Implementation and migration of old database was very painful and took 8 weeks instead of the 3 that was promised. Trying getting your data back from them is like pulling teeth when you decide to terminate your contract. They try to kick you off the platform as soon as possible once you let them know you aren't renewing. I would be surprised if they are still in business by end of year.

We are a small boutique firm and wanted to find a solution that allows for submitting candidate through the portal that clients have access  to so they can see progress , outreach, candidates in the different stages of lifecycle and it did none of that. We also just wanted to be able to do a basic search of the database for existing candidates when we open a new search but that functionality is terrible and returns many non- relevant profiles. I haven't realized any benefit other than having somewhere to put our resumes and a ton of frustration.

The ATS takes a bit of getting used to, like any software product has its user unfriendly-flaws.
These are just what it needs to go from 9 to 10 in my rating, so its not as bad as this might appear!:
- Needs a mobile app that is useful - current app is only a dbase of candidates - at least let me answer SMS messages from my phone!
- UI page layout could be much more efficient use of space. At least 20% top of pages could be narrowed to provide more viewing space for candidate cards.
- Should provide more application questions in the job apply page. Currently is just name, email, phone and upload resume. I would like at least a couple screening questions
- Wish they had a note taking form during phone interviews that allows me to view the resume and other info without switching screens or downloading and viewing resume outside of the App

Easy function from orders to candidates to email and tools. Being able to jump from one thing to the next in the system works well. The reporting and data capture is very helpful. Having built in resources for marketing drip campaigns, call reporting, emails, data capture, easy search functions. The connect support has been a really big help to us in finding contact info on new customers and candidates. Tracking reports and progress is a great tool for our team.

Best product I have used in my entire recruiting career, by far. 
The easy of use, all of it's abilities to connect with and communicate with people both active candidates and passive candidates is very effective. 
I will never use another system besides Loxo. They continue to work the R&D side of their business adding features and making the product the best on the market. I like they are focused only in the search firm / placement business.

I have not found anything I dislike, IF we have an issue Loxo works to make the change needed.

If you are in the recruiting / executive search / staffing industry, you need to use this product - by far the best I have ever used. it is efficient, effective and with a short learning curve one of the easiest I have used. The mobile version is as well solid.

We have reduced out dependence on multiple research tool, Loxo has the ability to source much of the data that we have used several other sources to gather. The tracking of communication for clients and candidates is much more fluid than any other system I have used.

**What do you like best about Loxo?**

I love Loxo's integration of key facets of our marketing, sales, sourcing, and recruiting processes and tools.

**What do you dislike about Loxo?**

I have not found anything I dislike yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Loxo:**

Loxo is a Best-in-Class Recruitment platform that goes well beyond starndard ATS management of Client, Candidtes, and Orders.  If you're looking for an ATS, Loxo needs to be on your list.

**What problems is Loxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest impact for us has been in the campaigns integration, speeding our message of brand, activity, and recruitment to both clients and candidates.

Note: I hope you integrate similar technology for voicemail drop on the calling side.  I.e.  Phone Burner.
