# How has Loxo worked for sourcing and outreach, and how smooth were your integrations?

Loxo has been very user-friendly for us, and the Help section plus the AI Chat have been genuinely useful when we get stuck. Loxo Source and the LinkedIn Extension have made it much easier to find relevant and passive candidates and add them without a manual process. Outreach Campaigns and Analytics also helped keep communication and target tracking in one place. Have you run into integration issues (like Xero) or had to remove prepopulated tags and workflows, and how did you handle it?

Sourcing and outreach have been smooth for me, and I really like having transcript recordings of interviews plus a complete history of candidate communications in one place. It also gives me a clear sense of the effort going into each search at a glance. The main hiccup is when contact info is incorrect, and I’ve noticed I sometimes get more candidates sourced from LinkedIn than from Loxo itself.
