**What do you like best about Loop Subscriptions?**

Everything, the UI is simple, flexible and rich in features. Their team is available for us via Slack, helps with the code and strategy side. Incredible smooth migration from Yotpo after our Yotpo nearly ruining our business. Fantastic company!

**What do you like best about Loop Subscriptions?**

I love how easy it is for the customer to navigate through the app and make changes to their subscription. I think user experience is super important and my previous app didn't offer a lot of 'no brainer' options for the customer, like being able to process an order straight away, and also being able to adjust their ongoing order easily.

After switching to Loop, it was amazing to see how much customers were changing their subscription around. From my point of view this means that customers always wanted these features, and previously they weren't able to easily make the changes they want. This would lead to either direct churn, or at the least lower LTV as they decided the subscription wasn't for them.

Loop is also aggressively implementing new features on their app, so I can tell that they want to build an even better ecosystem for their customers which will lead to an even better customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Loop Subscriptions?**

The only minor dislike I have at the moment is how they handle prepaid (gift) subscriptions. However, their team helped me implement the best version of a prepaid gift that they can do right now which uses shopify's order scheduling to implement the orders.

They are currently working on their own module for prepaid (gift) subscriptions which is apparently set to be released Q1 2024.. so by the time you're ready to join Loop it may already be a feature.

Solving the subscription aspect of my business (which is the core part of my business as a coffee subscription company)

Loop Subscriptions has been a game-changer for us. The seamless integration and user-friendly interface make it a breeze to set up and manage subscription services for our customers. It offers a wide range of customization options, that incredibly helped us reduce churn rates and improve our retention. Their analytics are also invaluable! helping us make data-driven decisions. 

Most importantly, customer support is also top-notch, always ready to assist.

We are a shopify development consultancy and have used various payment subscription apps. Loops stands out the best with its ease of use and implementation. Weather its API integration or the numerous options of customizations, all are easy to plugin. All our clients love this app. Also their customer support is top notch and has response time of less than 4 hours.

**What do you dislike about Loop Subscriptions?**

Although there are numerouse features to offer on the web interface, the API is still evolving and I think it will be at par with all the web features in no time.

**What do you like best about Loop Subscriptions?**

The team at Loop Subscriptions have built an awesome platform that has improved our Customers UX and simplified how to manage subscriptions. Our customers have been so happy with it! They helped us with two massive migrations from ReCharge and then again from Checkout Champ. Onboarding both times was incredibly easy. In addition, their integrations with our Support platform, Gorgias, has improved our internal processes so we can increase effeciency and decrease our response time. Lastly, the Loop team has come along side of us to help improve our cancellation flows and decrease churn. Their team is unmatched in their willingness to help us with our business goals and we are so grateful for it!

**What do you dislike about Loop Subscriptions?**

Nothing to note so far! Every piece of feedback we have ever given has been taken with such care and a quick turn around.

Loop subscriptions is giving our company a subscription management tool that is easy for our customers to use as well as easy for us to see analytics to make data-driven decisions to ultimately grow our active subscribers.

What stands out for me about Loop Subscriptions is its simplicity in integration and usage, making our subscription management a smooth process. There's a wide array of customization features that have been key in maintaining user satisfaction and minimising drop-offs.

Their customer support team deserves special mention too – always there to support us.

**What do you dislike about Loop Subscriptions?**

Expensive for a starter brand. They should revert to their old plans of $49 for early stage brands

Their software has helped us with a couple of issues around retention, analytics and cancellation rates

We have seen a significant increase in retention. Cohorts inside the app make it easy to tie everything to our marketing efforts.

It's super easy to integrate and use, making setting up and handling our customer subscriptions straightforward.. It's got loads of customization options which have been great for cutting down on customer drop-offs and keeping our users happy. Plus, the analytics are a big win – they really help us make smart choices based on the data.

Their customer support is the best – they're always there when we need them.

APIs are not available for everything. They are still working on that.

1. Improved Retention: We have seen higher customer retention rates after adding the app

2. Great Analytics: Reporting features are detailed. You can also export reports unlike other apps. Has given us a deep understanding of our subscribers' behaviour and preferences. 

This has helped us to make informed decisions to enhance our subscription services and grow our business

3.Churn has dropped: They solve for both active and passive churn through their dunning.

The team behind loop are second to none. The level of support they have offered our clients has been outstanding. In particular, their white glove onbording service to support migrations from other subscription platforms.

The team are response and are very hands on with their support.

None. They are the best alternative to the other big Shopify subscription companies.

The ability to customise the subscription management in Shopify for a variety of use cases. Mainly bundling of subscription products.

They handled the entire migration process from Recharge to Loop and got us up and running quickly. Their admin tools are infinitely easier to use than Recharge. It looks and functions incredibly well and their customer support and proactive approach to customer success is really appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Loop Subscriptions?**

Wish it was a little cheaper, but still less expensive (and better value) than Recharge.

Loop allows us to easily setup complex subscription options for our customer, all without having to hire a dev.

The part that they are always available to answer our questions and the ease of using the Looopwork application to implement for our website. Always having the ability to improve their platform and constantly adding updates based on feedback is a huge factor. Loopwork are a great team in getting things done and helping us implement our plans

**What do you like best about Loop Subscriptions?**

Loop is the first subscription software I've used. I needed a lot of guidance, the documentation and customer service were my best allies. I catched up very quickly. The integration with CRM platforms is great! We can use subscriptions data for analysis and segmentation.

**What do you dislike about Loop Subscriptions?**

User portal is ok, but not amazing. Some customers need personal help changing their subscriptions.

Predicting revenue is easier when analyzing the upcoming orders from subscriptions. If we have promotions the bulk actions are very useful.

The customer support is excellent and they are always adding new features. The team is very hands-on and willing to help us get things set up, or listen to our feature ideas. We've pushed a lot of customizations to our subscription program, and Loop has always helped us figure it out.

Nothing! The product is still pretty new, but whenever we need a feature they are quick to implement.

Moved over from Recharge earlier this year due to frustrations and limitations. Loops service and support are above and beyond, and they are very attentive to both your needs and your success. The platform itself is extremely robust, boasts many features, yet still intuitive and easy to manage and navigate.

**What do you dislike about Loop Subscriptions?**

I am hoping Loop continues to expand on their reporting and having more control with setting time windows for reporting  (6 months, 12 months, etc).
