We have bi-weekly calls with their team, and they help us troubleshoot any issues incredibly quickly. After dealing with apps where you are left in the dark, having this level of direct communication and proactive care is a breath of fresh air. **What do you dislike about Loop Subscriptions?** We migrated from an old app, and the initial migration process was initially messed up, which caused a lot of stress. However, Loop stepped up, fixed it quickly, and even offered compensation for the trouble. Additionally, they sometimes feel more like feature followers rather than innovators in the subscription space. For example, they seem a bit behind on cutting-edge features like AI algorithms that optimize subscription renewal charge timing. **What problems is Loop Subscriptions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Loop gives our customers a seamless portal to manage their routines and provides us with steady recurring revenue. More importantly, their bi-weekly syncs solve the issue of feeling left in the dark by a software provider when technical issues arise. While they can sometimes be a bit slower to innovate on the tech front compared to some competitors (like missing predictive AI algorithms for subscription renewal charge optimization), their elite customer service completely makes up for it and solves our core operational headaches. ### 2. Some customers need personal help changing their subscriptions. **What problems is Loop Subscriptions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Predicting revenue is easier when analyzing the upcoming orders from subscriptions.
