Mass texting has been very critical for me and the fact that the mass email personalizes what is sent to my contacts helps alot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The need to add an integration to MLS the closest I have gotten is using my personal website and also the text registration was a bit confusing at first if I did not talk to a sales rep than I almost canceled Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lone Wolf Relationships?

Originally, the texting feature and ease of use of the site were great. Our employees were able to easily navigate the desktop and mobile sites, but for about 2 months everything we liked about the system has been glitching making it almost impossible to navigate and contact leads. What do you dislike about Lone Wolf Relationships?

Useless support and so many glitches it's more bother than it's worth. LionDesk has a chat feature, call in and support ticket system but with all the support transparency, they are useless. Recently we've run into a ton of bugs and glitches, including not being able to login to the mobile site, not being able to update contact statuses (hotness), Not receiving notifications that a new lead is in the system, automated drip campaigns not assigning correctly and rearranging, not being able to customize initial text messages to contacts and more. All of these issues have been submitted as tickets to the LionDesk help center and then followed up every day to check in on the status via a call to their help desk. All the representatives are able to tell us is that each ticket has been "escalated to the development team and they are working on it." When asked when we can expect the dev team to reply, they say they don't know and whenever they have a chance to review the ticket, I'll receive a reply. I've had multiple tickets opened for almost 2 months with no reply from the dev team and they've closed open tickets that they never found a solution to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I made the mistake of paying for 1 year upfront - I can't get many of the features to work without getting an error message. I got tired of not being able to use the product constantly and asked for a refund which was denied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lone Wolf Relationships?

Everything else.

It doesn't auto import transactions from ZipForms, you have to manually enter all of the info you've already entered in ZipForms.

You can't adjust the drip campaign dates, for example, if you closed a transaction one month ago and remembered later that you forgot to set up their Anniversary email, the system will let you set it up but it's for the date that you set it up, not their actual closing date.

If you want to cancel your membership, they force you to use the entire subscription vs giving you your payment back or even prorating it.

All of the available features outside of the drip are all things already set up elsewhere and simpler and even that can be set up manually in gmail once you have a formatted email by using the "scheduled send" function.

This CRM is not as automated and integrated as I think it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lone Wolf Relationships?

Version 1 is palatable as a CRM when it works. V1 dialer works and allows you to get your calls done at a nice pace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lone Wolf Relationships?

This is a schizophrenic program that has been in the middle of a transition from version 1 to version 2 for the 3 years I have had it. On the one hand you get simple issues like no line breaks in the notes, so everything you put into them is a single run on paragraph. Annoying, but we live with it. The texting doesn't allow formatting in a professional way, the video text and email (the feature I signed up for) are so limited they are useless. The drip campaigns they provide are a collection of donated emails from the 1990's so plan on writing your own. In the years I have worked with this CRM I have seen little to no advancement in capability or response to the ever-changing real estate market. It appears they have very few programmers on staff to provide tech support or to complete the programming started in version 2.

The biggest frustration I have with the system is the inability to get leads in from services like Zbuyer, and Witley. I have paid my office manager and technical director weeks of salary trying to solve problems that should be easy and automatic. The tech support front line tries but in many cases just can't help, and there appears to be little desire to assist at higher levels. Glitches and workarounds are the daily norms for our staff as we try to spend our time selling homes rather than getting Lion Desk to function as designed. We will be going through a process of deciding which features the program has that will just never work, those that might work, and those that function in this CRM.

Unfortunately, I have thousands of man-hours invested in trying to make this program work. Had I know they would never make the transition, that version 2 would never be functional, and that support had such a notoriously bad reputation, I would not have switched. If you are a single small agent, it may be serviceable. But if you are solo Wise Agent is time tested, keeps growing with the industry, is user friendly, and inexpensive. If you are a large team, spare yourself the grief and look elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Version 1 Liondesk is a nice and easy interface but not available to new users. Fair price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lone Wolf Relationships?

The importing of leads works most of the time, but sometimes wont work for weeks and all your leads don't get imported. Customer service also have not offered to import the lost leads, nor will they refund your money if you pay upfront for a year when your product stops working.

Customer service isn't available on the weekends either, so Realtors, just know you have zero back up when you are the busiest.

I've used many CRMS over the years and this is my least favorite. I've asked for my money back several times and they have refused except for a $60 credit because they couldn't fix their software for months.

What do you like best about Lone Wolf Relationships?

There was a time long, long, ago that LionDesk was one of the top solutions for real estate agents. I've actually been a LionDesk customer since they started and have unfortunately seen their devolution. They do have some good features, such as bulk actions and templates but any pros in this system have been overshadowed by so many negatives (see "What do you dislike?"). What do you dislike about Lone Wolf Relationships?

-- Customer service is ATROCIOUS. Just this morning I had to call LionDesk THREE TIMES to get something relatively simple fixed. On top of that, I was on a chat with a service rep for 4 hours and they only made 2 replies over that time...TWO REPLIES!

-- The "improvements" to the user interface were long-awaited and very underwhelming. The increase in price for the platform absolutely is not justified by the minor improvements.

-- There is no IDX integration and no website feature.

-- The property management feature of the system isn't usable - there is effectively no transaction management or property management that works.

-- Now that prices have gone up there are MUCH BETTER OPTIONS available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
