What do you like best about TrustWILL?

I like that TrustWILL is simple and above all automatic, which relieves us from a lot of work. It's as if it works for us. The user can independently redeem points that accumulate, and I can easily monitor performance without having to perform manual actions. The initial installation was very easy. What do you dislike about TrustWILL?

The order factor per month could be improved, there are e-commerce businesses with less turnover. They could create an additional package, less costly for lower-tier customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great UI and Easy Import, but Pricey Plans"

What do you like best about TrustWILL?

I like Trustoo.io for the way their review section looks. I also find importing reviews to be a feature that works especially well for me. The initial setup was very easy, which made the transition to using Trustoo.io smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrustWILL?

I don't like that it doesn't show how many reviews I actually got. It also requires their growth plan for a lot of stuff, which is not ideal. I'd suggest lowering the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
