My team had some issues with the AzDo integration and re-integration. The support team was very responsive, Karla helped me not only by pointing out the misconfiguration, but also gave advice regarding the workflow best practises. Not a dislike but maybe an improvement: it would be useful to provide errors messages when a Pull Request could not be created for some reason. So we dont need to contact the support. My favourite thing with Lokalise is how quickly they reply to my inquiries. There is seldom a need to reach out, but the few times I've done so the response times has been quite impressive. Our setup is relatively complex with backend, frontend (web/android/ios). Android has a lot of resource files in a lot of gradle modules which makes everything with localization a bit hard, but our current workflow which includes Lokalise works very well without too much friction. We need a good way to provide our millions of users using a number of different locales with decent translations. We have our own translations/copywriter team.
