"Complete RMM for remote maintenance and compliance, excellent support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I often use remote execution both for maintenance and to trigger actions following events. For example, in monitoring public kiosks (uptime) or critical services, I can immediately intervene with a corrective action while waiting for human verification.

The entire hardware and software inventory section is also very useful for staying compliant during various client audits. It helps me track device movements and identify any unauthorized software installations.

Currently, there are still few integrations, but I trust that in the coming months native integrations with other platforms, such as Zoho Desk and Eset Protect, will be added.

The support received is excellent: we feel supported and listened to by the GoTo team.

I also find the AI transcription of remote sessions very convenient, as it allows us to have a quick summary of the activities carried out and to review the procedures, then saving them in the knowledge base.

The graphical interface is user-friendly, there are differences in usage and performance between the web version and the desktop version. Some difficulties in mobile apps with MFA authentication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

Sometimes some functions time out without responding to inputs, especially in activities like managing inventories with very large records or generating reports with thousands of values. I have also noticed significant differences during remote execution.

Regarding remote connection, the web version is difficult to use with multiple sessions, and on computers with less than 16 GB of RAM, the performance is unsatisfactory: it requires a lot of hardware resources. We have also encountered problems with copy-paste and drag-and-drop.

Finally, the end user cannot transfer files. In a specific case, for example, an operator needs to connect to a roadside advertising panel to change the poster, but cannot do so independently because file transfer is not allowed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great ticket overview and knowledge articles, but performance and basic UX need work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The overall view is nice. Organization is made nice in the overview page for ticket(s). The integrations with being able to create knowledge articles is helpful. This additional helps new users or even aged users create AI articles based off what they say. The performance has been subpar, but I am sure things are being refined in the background. Lastly it does help us track the time and effort of what is put in causing us to best help how money is spent and what items need more attention month over month vs year over year helping us understand our ROI. The support over the time has been nice and helpful, onboarding I am not sure how it is relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

The product sometimes feels very slow and laggy. Additional some things you would think be naturally incorporated are not available. Such as dragging to columns. I know it is in beta, but this seems like something that should be available at all times. Simple quality of life such as a spell checker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized IT Solution with Robust Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I like that LogMeIn Resolve centralizes remote support, ticketing, patching, and device management into one easy-to-use platform. It saves me time because I can troubleshoot issues, connect to unattended devices, and keep everything organized from a single dashboard instead of juggling multiple tools. I particularly appreciate the remote support, unattended access, ticketing, and automation features because they make it easier to fix issues quickly and support users without affecting them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I find the pricing for higher tier features to be an issue, and I also notice weaker support for Apple/Mac devices. It would be great if LogMeIn Resolve could make the Mac setup more seamless and reduce the number of permissions users have to manually approve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Endpoint Management with AI-Powered Troubleshooting and Strong Security"
4/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The endpoint management tools are excellent. The AI assistant allows for seamless troubleshooting which allows my users to be more efficient. The strong security makes it an easy choice to secure endpoints and ensure devices are up to date. Competitive pricing makes it a strong contender in endpoint management as it provides our organization with so many tools other providers do not have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

The onboarding process isn't as seamless as it could be as it relates to zero touch deployment. Use of more tools and features could better improve the experience so the software can be deployed more efficiently and effectively across the board. Furthermore, using the tools are a barrier as there are limited documentation on where to use and how to use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong MSP Toolset with Room to Smooth Out Large-Scale Onboarding"
4/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

LogMeIn Resolve has been a solid fit for managing Windows endpoints across multiple client environments. The remote access experience is reliable, the device visibility is good, and the combination of monitoring, patching, automation, and support tooling makes it useful from an MSP perspective rather than just being another remote-control product. For day-to-day service desk work, it gives technicians enough context to troubleshoot quickly, and the unattended access has been dependable enough for real operational use.

The main area I’d like to see improved is onboarding at scale. Adding a handful of machines is straightforward, but when planning larger fleet rollouts, there’s still some friction around getting units enrolled, organized, and ready for management as efficiently as I’d like. Better bulk deployment workflows and a smoother first-run experience for larger Windows-device implementations would make a noticeable difference. Overall, though, Resolve is a strong platform and one I’d rate around 8 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient IT Management with a Few Security Hiccups"
3.5/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I like that LogMeIn Resolve puts the most essential tools for IT admins front and center. It’s not just for remote access; it can help with a lot more. I also find it useful as an AI SCCM-like tool, since I can roll out updates, run batch updates across systems, and force restarts for groups of machines. On top of that, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I don't like that I have to verify with my password and also do that signature key thing. All that really wastes time because it's not every time where I have the user's patience.I also like the simple way it can display the User details and performance. At a less cost than most tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Remote Access, Frustrating Support"
4/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I use LogMeIn Resolve to remote into PCs and fix user issues, and also as a helpdesk ticketing system. I really like the ability to connect quickly with my users and see a snapshot of all pertinent information about the PC, like resources etc. If a user says their PC is running slow, I can go to the performance tab to see what's hogging resources, like the CPU or RAM. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

There is not a good way to contact support and it often takes several days or weeks to get back to you and also I never get any updates as to what is happening with my ticket or any resolution when it is resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Platform That Streamlined Our RMM & Ticketing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The all in one platform. Moving our rmm & ticketing into the same system was a big help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

The ad hoc support on mobile devices is a bit off. Sometimes it works really well, but most of the time it just fails & I can't tell if it's the end user or the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Patch Management and Remote Support in One Powerful Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Combining patch management with a remote support feature makes this product especially useful. It’s easy to use, so it isn’t a challenge even for junior staff, and they shouldn’t struggle to get up to speed. It also integrates multiple business units onto a single platform and, in my experience, outperforms most products available on the market.

Providing remote IT support through it is straightforward, and onboarding new admins onto the platform feels seamless. It’s also a steal given its low pricing. With the newly added AI features, the job gets done even faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

Forgetting my signature key but that's more of a user problem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Goto Customer Success of LogMeIn Resolve
