The One thing that Ignite has that's better is connecting with Lynnebrook to be able to pay Owners by direct deposit easily. Getting use to having communication and emails all through Ignite- we like to do follow up emails- so learning a system to keep track of emails in Ignite...Connection to Airbnb and VRBO seem good- allowed to have deals on VRBO- good because there's no weekly pricing in Ignite. Moved from Liverez to Ignite. First, had several errors on the migrations with double bookings, wrong rates, properties not showing up, not paying Owners- etc... had to have myself and staff spent several hours touching every property, owner- basically not much came through- and there were still errors!!
Rates are horrible!! No Bulk setting or property page to easily change seasons- have to go into every individual property (unless you have the same rates on each property...) we don't- set up for dynamic pricing which we do not use. So many glitches can't name all here. No commission report!! And they are not willing to make any changes- just giving me the run around that it's added to an enhancement. No early/late check in/out setting!! So we had same day booking and allowed a late check out- but didnt' block to calendar!!! We loved Liverez and I'd expected Ignite to be better- but that's not the case!! Missing so many simple and important features for a vacation rental management software!!!
