What do you like best about ListingHub?

As a busy real estate broker, I need to deal with a lot of housing copywriting, poster design, and social media distribution every day. In the past, these tasks often took up 70% of my time, making it impossible for me to focus on viewings and customer follow-up. After using ListingHub, everything has changed!

This tool is super intelligent. Just enter the housing address, MLS data, or key selling points (such as house type, price, unique highlights), and AI can generate professional copywriting, posters, short video scripts with one click, and even adapt to the release formats of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Zillow. The copywriting style is natural and fluent, supports bilingual switching between Chinese and English, features beautiful picture layouts, and can also customize the brand color and logo, avoiding the trouble of designing from scratch. The best thing is the batch processing function, which can import multiple sources at once and output a complete marketing package in a few minutes, improving efficiency by at least 3 times!

The threshold for getting started is low, and our team has mastered it within two weeks. Now we can release an extra 50% of the exposure of housing resources every week. The customer service responds quickly, and the template library is constantly updated. It would be more perfect if more localized Chinese templates could be added (such as content for the Chinese buyer community). What do you dislike about ListingHub?

The only small drawback is that the free version has a slightly lower volume limit (10 sets/time), which can be perfectly resolved after payment; and the Chinese template occasionally needs to be fine-tuned to be more suitable for local buyers, but this does not affect the overall use.
