"A Powerful All-in-One Platform for Smart and Strategic Job Searching"
4/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

What I like most about LinkedIn Job Search is how it brings networking and job discovery together in one place. It not only highlights relevant openings based on my profile and skills, but also lets me see mutual connections, company insights, and recruiter activity. The “Easy Apply” feature saves time, and the personalized job recommendations help surface opportunities that closely match my experience. I also appreciate being able to research companies, view employee profiles, and engage with industry content, which makes the job search feel more strategic and intentional rather than purely transactional. What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

One thing I dislike about LinkedIn Job Search is the intense competition and the lack of clear response visibility. Many postings show hundreds of applicants, which makes it hard to stand out. On top of that, not every employer consistently updates application statuses, so it’s often unclear whether a role is still under review or if the process has moved on. I also find that job recommendations can become repetitive or not fully aligned with more niche skills, which means I have to do extra filtering to surface the most relevant opportunities. "Great for Networking and Job Hunting and Job Posting but Needs Help"
3/5
What do you like best about LinkedIn Job Search?

It's a good way to connect with people. It's honestly the best way to get an admin job.

From an employer point, you do get a lot of applicants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Job Search?

From a user standpoint, I don't like how when I search for something like certain types of posts in my area, if I want hybrid...I get tons of other results that don't match that criteria. I wish there was a way they could weed out fake, foreign job postings.

From an employer side, You need more formatting options in the posting section. I don't like how you can't vet candidates like Indeed. I can post a job and get 1000 applicants, and they don't really have the best filtering options in place, they need more so the results can be more narrowed down.

It' also extremely pricey from both perspectives, and I hate having to deal with a salesperson. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
