&lt;p&gt;Paper-to-CMMS migration is probably the stress test I’d use here. If technicians adopt MaintainX or Click Maint quickly for basic work orders but start bypassing the system once inspections require extra fields, signatures, and documentation, the learning curve wasn’t really minimal — the easy part of the workflow was.&lt;/p&gt;
