What do you dislike about Lime Connect (formerly Userlike)?

The Old Live Chat platform works better for our business than Unified Messaging. That being said, clients have issues getting the window to stay up, and also about 2/10 people can't figure out how to send the message. Needs a better send button. When they do system maintenance (which is at a pretty bad time for us in NYC time) you need to make sure to log out ahead of time, otherwise your chats are left open with no one to ever respond. If it wasn't such a pain to change services, we would probably not stick with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We wanted to offer assistance to users who come to the site for the first time and do not immediately find their way around.

Goal 1: Increase signup conversion. Someone who is not yet convinced to sign up will be convinced through assistance that the product is right for them.

Goal 2: Someone who has signed up but has not yet become active, for example, because they do not know how to use the product or are looking for a specific function, can be converted into an active user through assistance in the chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simple user interface allows for quick training for the employees. All normal buttons are easy to access and quick to explain. Many modification and design options are already possible in the testing phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The test phase could start with a full service and then mark it. This way, everything can be tested directly to then select the appropriate package. But we will still inquire about that via email. We have actually set up that the user must provide their name and email address, but it doesn't always work; we still need to clarify this with the service. Therefore, I can't write anything further about "Dislike," and I think these aren't really dislikes, but something has to be included here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lime Connect (formerly Userlike) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We thought there would be a bit more rush during the testing phase. Fortunately, it wasn't like that... This shows us that our webshop works quite well. At the same time, there were such "lazy" inquiries that can be easily answered, but also highly complex ones that require follow-up.
