LifterLMS has been a game-changer for my business, schoolpsych.com. The platform’s seamless integration with WordPress has made building and managing online courses a breeze, allowing me to focus on providing high-quality content for school psychologists. The array of features, from membership options to quizzes and certificates, has truly elevated the learning experience for my users. What really sets LifterLMS apart is their outstanding tech support—they are hands down the best! Whenever I’ve encountered any issues, their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear and effective solutions every time. If you’re looking for a powerful and reliable LMS, I can’t recommend LifterLMS enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wow! The best customer service ever encountered! 🩵🩵🩵🩵
I sell online sports training/coaching. I hesitated a lot between different platforms and opted for LifterLms (price and compatibility with WordPress). I really do not regret my choice.
I had major difficulties finalizing my site (related to my lack of experience). Despite the tutorials offered to get a handle on the tool, I was really stuck, which prevented me from putting my site online.
So I wrote to customer service, which was EX-CEP-TIO-NAL over the weeks 🙏🙏
✅ Personalized help
✅ Video captures to help me understand the operations
✅ Screenshots
✅ And great responsiveness
CONGRATULATIONS to the whole team. And thank you for your kindness, your attentiveness, and your professionalism.
I highly recommend it. 👌🏽👌🏽 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing in particular except the absence of tutorials in French. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The features and user interface are not good. Theres nothing to dislike about this plugin and the team, behind it. There is no suggestion it would be great if they provide resources on instructional design. Its user interface is not good to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Despite the tutorials they provide I found it difficult to navigate the platform due to my experience. This hindered my ability to launch my website successfully. The weekly mastermind call they provide is valuable. The platform lacks user guidance for beginners. It expects users to have a plan and community in place before starting, which is daunting for those starting from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It provides all the best features & user-friendly systems to build courses by anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't actually anything bad about the LMS, you will be surprised by the features & UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you choose LifterLMS, you're not just getting a great software solution to build and curate your learning content powerhouse, you're getting an all-star team stacked with people who will go to the mat to ensure your success. Chris, Thomas, and the rest of the team will not let you down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing to dislike about this incredible plugin and team. If I were to make a recommendation, it would be for the team to provide more education about instructional design and how to make a course people will actually want to take. The software is not much use if you can't make a good course! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Course Builder is drag-and-drop, which is great, but on top of that, it's easy to visualize your lessons inside the course. The interface is very powerful while allowing a simple overview. I love the balance they have struck.
We built our whole website on top of LifterLMS and I felt like I must be missing something (I wasn't): it was so easy. I created a course website in a couple of days. It's full-featured, easy for instructors to update, and I'm thrilled with the result.
The LifterLMS team are obviously on top of all the best practices, and it shows in their product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was not sure when to apply a tag vs. define a category for courses. This isn't a LifterLMS issue, though! I'm not great with taxonomy.
I asked support, and they recommended the category approach, which has worked really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been a LifterLMS user for years while also engaged corporately in other tools for learning. It was LifterLMS that blew me away with flexibility, value, and support. I have used Moodle, Udemy, Lynda, Systems Simulation, Bridge, and LearnUpon as well as researched countless others. In a non-WordPress environment, Moodle served well but did not display an engaging UI without substantial customization. With Lifter LMS and a decent page-builder, I can make engaging Learning and Membership sites with a fraction of the time and have ready-to-go functionality with other web-tools. Truthfully, it's a feature of the platform. There are so many options in the use of Lifter that you can get distracted and get off mission. At first, you think "I just need to get a couple of courses up", but if you aren't careful you will end up building in Social elements, Sales Funnels, and automation that may extend way past the original mission. It's totally awesome that the option is there - but it takes discipline to stay on course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've used various platforms for my courses before. They were all fine, right up to when they wouldn't let me do something I wanted to do. With LifterLMS I've never hit a "can't do that" wall. I get to build the environment *I* want, and never feel the platform is forcing me into what *it* wants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took me a while to figure out how it all worked. There are constraints that come with being a WP plugin. So... I guess it's hard to create a more intuitive user interface. No problem now... but I remember struggling a bit at the very beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
