It's such a step up from our previous applicant tracking system. The flexibility and customization options are incredibly helpful. I specifically like how we can modify the interview process and automate the interview scheduling My favorite thing is the REVIEW option. It is way too complex than it should be. Maybe we can make the platform a little more lively. She was available every step of the way, making learning Lever much more enjoyable. I like the easy accessibility of lever. **What do you dislike about Lever?** Not being able to have multiple locations for job postings. Also, we do not have an application form already in the system to send candidates and download said application. **What problems is Lever solving and how is that benefiting you?** Approval for reqs used to be so hard to get. With Lever we can now track it through one system AND have approvals for it. I don't need to contact anyone to check the progress of referrals. **What do you dislike about Lever?** Not much, really. Perhaps only the fact that I'm not able to save my progress on a submission and continue later. Otherwise it's great. The site is stable, clean, and straightforward. **What problems is Lever solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking referrals and their process through the hiring funnel. I don't need to contact anyone for updates, I see it as the candidate progresses.
