**What do you like best about LetConvert?**

LetConvert does it's job, but that's about it. As a basic social proof popup, it does just that.

**What do you dislike about LetConvert?**

The absolute worst part about this product is that for 2 years it hasn't been updated. However, I must say, about a year ago I heckled them about the fact that it hasn't been updated, and they added a Facebook integration.

**What problems is LetConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing or using social proof as a method of building trust.

**What do you like best about LetConvert?**

Price because it's affordable, but you get what you pay for!  I really can say much other than they did a great job selling the features, just enough to get you in the same door but nothing more  

**What do you dislike about LetConvert?**

No road map, when we asked for a road map or even a change log to see progress they don't reply.  no meaning responses when asking actual technical questions i.e.”we’re looking into it.” but never gets back to you. Pointing out errors that need to be fixed but they never fixed it, even when we sent over the code (CSS) to fix it!

**Recommendations to others considering LetConvert:**

Our advice is not to use anything LetX!

**What problems is LetConvert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We would not recommend LetX or Let anything to anyone other than our competitors!!  We haven't realized any benefits just head aches!
