&lt;p&gt;I’d distinguish database size from usable contact accuracy. A huge media list is less valuable if journalists have changed beats, publications, or email addresses. For Muck Rack, Agility PR Solutions, or MediaHQ users, have you measured bounce rates or manually checked a sample of contacts before a campaign? I’d be especially interested in how quickly incorrect records were corrected once reported.&lt;/p&gt;
