Previously, we were unable to automatically link all of our purchase orders in Simpro to the invoices our suppliers sent us. This process had to be done manually, which meant we needed to enter each invoice into Simpro ourselves. As a result, a significant number of invoices were not properly allocated to our jobs. Additionally, we lacked visibility into supplier invoices that were still sitting with approvers in their email inboxes. Lentune has allowed us to see all invoices awaiting approval, giving us a clearer understanding of costs that have not yet been entered into both Simpro and Xero.
