This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025 **What do you like best about Lentune?** Lentune has given us much greater control over invoice capturing, making sure that the relevant invoices are sent to Simpro, linked to an approved purchase order, and then transferred to Xero so we can process payments. This has greatly increased our confidence in capturing all of our job costs and ensuring all of our invoices are included for our monthly reporting. **What do you dislike about Lentune?** Whilst the software is great, it could do with quicker speeds when checking and approving invoices. **What problems is Lentune solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, we were unable to automatically link all of our purchase orders in Simpro to the invoices our suppliers sent us. This process had to be done manually, which meant we needed to enter each invoice into Simpro ourselves. As a result, a significant number of invoices were not properly allocated to our jobs. Additionally, we lacked visibility into supplier invoices that were still sitting with approvers in their email inboxes. Lentune has allowed us to see all invoices awaiting approval, giving us a clearer understanding of costs that have not yet been entered into both Simpro and Xero. We have saved significant time whilst improving our financial controls. ### 2. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Lentune?** The ease of communication with all the customer support team. It's also great that we are assigned a Technical Support person how gets to learn and understand our business requirements.
